One lady running the gas station & the U-Haul. Be prepared to wait while gas station customers get attended to and the U-Haul customer in front of you continues to wait. Please get this lady some help. She does a fine job, but it is disservice to only have one person manning the gas station & the U-HaulJaime G.

Well first I got there at 5:30 the time where I was scheduled I didn't get out of there till 6:30 because your system was not able to let her cash me out was on the phone with customer service for an hour. Then after that on my trip which was 3 hours we got a flat. Road assistance came brought the wrong tire had to wait another hour. SO waiting for a tire I waited 2 hours out of my time did not get to bed till 3:00 in the morning. Was very awful but the people that I came in contact were great just the service of how things were operated. Was not very satisfied.thankRAQUEL J.

I drove 40 miles to downtown Houston at 9:00pm on Labor Day (after a 15 hour day of moving furniture and driving over from San Antonio). The one I had picked for drop-off was due to the after hours drop option. When I arrived to return the trailer in the inner urban core of Houston (4th most populous city in the nation), nobody was available since it was late and I logged into the website (per instructions on sign). The website told me I had to go to another location and there was a note about additional charges if I left the trailer at the wrong location. I tried to call customer service, and it said it would be a 15 minute hold. I got out my phone and mapped out the route to the other location. I drove around downtown Houston at night (a city with which I'm not familiar) pulling a trailer in a congested urban scene until I found the new location. I dropped off the trailer, but that was NOT the place I had chosen and received confirmation for on my email. Both the pick-up and drop-off turned out to be a mess... .what a clusterf@#$ !Jason L.

Trailer ended up having a bracket that holds the leaf springs to the axel broken, and I am just glad no one got hurt or injured.. I traveled 30 miles with this coming apart while driving. Had been broke for a long time I have the rusted bracket bolts..russell D.

Great team who I was glad to work with. I first booked online and even checked in, but it looked like there were some oddities that didn't match between online and what was physically there. It was a good thing that the lock on the truck was broken because I worked with the in-person employee to get sorted. Even was able to convert my order from a one-way to an in-town move on the spot with no issue. Would recommend them and would recommend working with them directly rather than trying to do it all online (as tempting and as useful as it kind of seemed like it should have been at first).Philip M.

Felix was great and went above and beyond to help me find a new trailer somewhere in town when the rear lights didn't work. Unfortunately, things did not get better after I was sent to the Harrisburg location. At that location there was no one present who knew how to install the trailer so I ended getting help from some random guy who was hanging out outside the gas station. Once we got it hooked up about ninety minutes later the lights still did not work, which indicated it was the outgoing truck signal that failing not the trailers receiving the signal. Since the truck had already been professionally packed at the cost of $500, I had no choice but to return the trailer unused and ship my vehicle at an additional expense. Overall, it was just a terrible experience on the day/evening/night before i had to make consecutive 12 hour drives.matthew B.
