• They were on time and professional, but they didn’t finish the job. I texted them the evening before thinking the job may go over the time I allotted and they responded saying there was no problem and they would stay until the job was done. Then on the day of work without any further communication when we were about halfway done, they told me We’re wrapping up because we have to leave in 10 minutes for another job. They had apparently schedule another job after their reassurance to me and did not let me know that they would not be able to finish the job until they left. I was stunned with half of the move left and then just taking off.

• The best movers in the Bay Area! They helped me unload my stuff into a two bedroom on the 3rd floor of my complex (no elevator). They were VERY fast and careful with all of the furniture. Everything was safe and put it into its correct place and they also assembled items for me, I barely lifted a finger. This was by far the easiest moving experience I’ve ever had, so I will definitely be rehiring them in the future!!

• José and crew were really great and quick. I was worried we wouldn’t have enough time but they were able to get it done within 2 hrs for a 1 bedroom. The unloading was definitely quicker and Jose stacked the boxes and items so nothing moved during the trip to the new place. I would highly recommend Nava Bros! This is my 3rd move in the Bay Area and I would use them again. I wish I knew about them sooner. Communication was seamless and quick to respond via text and calling also works! • Arrived late, many long bathroom breaks, took twice as long as unloaders who had to carry everything up a flight of stairs in 103 degree heat. And Nava had use of an elevator to bring stuff down! Packed truck so boxes fell, stacked bigger boxes on top of smaller boxes. Would steer clear of these guys!

• Ali and Mason were my movers. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. They communicated ahead of time, were clear about the start time, were very efficient in moving items and unloading. They took special care in wrapping some of my bigger furniture pieces so they wouldn't get damaged. They even moved some furniture I was getting rid of into the garage for pickup, disassembled a large screen tv for me from the wall (which was way to heavy for me to do alone!). They were agreeable to help in any way possible. They were calm which really helped on a high stress day. I would definitely recommend Ali ad Mason from Nava Bros moving and will use again when the time comes.
