Brothers CJ and KJ were friendly and professional. They managed to move out an apartments worth of furniture and appliances out of my storage space and into my truck in less than an hour. They also arranged the items in the back of the truck so that nothing moved around too much.

I would happily hire them again. They texted when they were on their way and arrived even before we did! They brought their own moving dollies and carrying straps. Each piece of furniture was covered with a moving blanket and breakables were wrapped - even without asking. They quickly unloaded our truck and had enough time to empty our storage unit too!! Both guys were dressed professionally and took care of our items - included banding our sleeper sofa going up a set of stairs so that it wouldn't open, removing the feet so that it didn't scratch the walls and set it all up in the exact location we requested.

Let me start by saying that this was the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. The previous company I hired cancelled on me the same day they were supposed to start so I called UltraCare Logistics. CJ called me back immediately and reassured me that he will not do the same. He arrived ahead of his scheduled time and did the job professionally. I highly recommend using UltraCare Logistics because I will use them again moving forward.

These two were a real joy to work with. Carefully loaded everything in the UHaul 15’. They worked quickly but carefully. They secured everything in the truck very well; I traveled across the country without a problem. Totally happy about the entire experience and strongly recommend them - the KNOW what they’re doing !!!

These guys were phenomenal. They were gentle yet quick, and most impressively of all, when I found I was locked out because I forgot my garage door opener in my car, they were content to wait while I drove the U-Haul back to pick up my car (about a half hour). Despite it totally being my fault, they had grace and accepted what it took to finish the job!!!

I was super nervous to hire movers. I’m a young single female so I was wary about it. However, these guys were FANTASTIC. Two better men could not have showed up. They communicated the entire time. They were extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. They treated my items like they were their own! A lot of times movers will throw and break your furniture. Not a single item of mine was damaged or broken. They even took the time to scoot my bed back and forth so it was perfectly centered to the room. Truly cannot recommend them enough. They are a safe, reliable, and respectable business. Thank you guys for all the work you did for me!

Do NOT hire these guys. I specifically told them that all of my furniture needed to be wrapped and I had a lot of antiques that are fragile. It was clear they wanted to finish early (which they did) and not use any product (with they didn’t). The result? ALL of my furniture arrived damaged or broken. As I began to unpack boxes that read FRAGILE alllll over them, I was in horror of all the broken items inside. I wrapped delicate items in bubble wrap and blankets- I’ve moved 4 times in the last 5 years and NOTHING was ever damaged or broken. To make matters worse, when I reached out to them they simply have ignored me. I asked if they had insurance and sent them photos of the broken items, scratched TV, and dinged up furniture only to be met with silence. I was so nice to them as well offering one of the movers a bottle of wine. I am also missing an expensive rug! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The owner texted me to confirm the booking shortly after I made it through UHaul. The two men arrived on time and quickly unloaded my truck in about 45 mins for a one bedroom first floor apartment. Do Not Hire!!! In 20+ years moving with the military they are by far the worst company ever. Sowed up 1.5 hours late, started working at 930am and wanted to and did order pizza. When they finally got started 3 of the 4 guys hired seemed ready to work. The 4th guy sat in their truck, got out when he felt like it, moved like he was in slow motion. They were hired to move my things out of a storage unit into a 26ft uhaul. They did not know how to pack a truck. Glass on the bottom, heavy objects on top. They dropped an 85inch tv as They tried to load it and hide it in the truck and played dumb when I confronted them. They dropped 3 other boxes, 1 guy took multiple naps on my furniture and my stuff has pizza sauce on them. 1 guy apologized to me and asked me not to leave a bad review then we walk out to see his co-worker asleep feet up on my furniture. Owner just complained about the guy but did nothing to fix the issue then wanted me to pay more cause it took them longer. Do Not Hire!!!!

While I am grateful for the assistance today, I was not entirely satisfied with the service. The movers were unprepared and lacked the knowledge on how to properly pack a 26ft moving truck. They arrived 1.5 hours late and struggled with maneuvering furniture. I ended up breaking down my furniture myself as it would have taken too long for them to do it. My two children and I ended up doing the move with them, hours of loading and unloading the truck, and after 6 hours (the time I paid for), I decided to call it quits. I was done and it just wasn’t working. I have to do a second trip tomorrow, there are still 30 boxes in my master bedroom, kitchen boxes, rugs, furniture and many items that need to be moved. I felt like I was essentially training them on how to move. Despite their good intentions, they were not organized or prepared. I hope that with more experience, they will improve their skills and become more efficient.

Wuth everything that was going on, these young and professional men were very refreshing in assisting me with completing the next steps of moving into my new home. The Gentlemen shoowed up a bit late, but at no fault of there own. The U-Haul Facility they picked up the Container from, did not have the Container ready or loaded. Once at my place, both gentlemen were Professional and ready for business. They completed loading the container in less than 45 minutes. I wasn't aware of the need for a lock on the container. Thought one would come with it. We went to a closer U-Haul and picked up a lock, and off they went. I was impressed with the whole interation with both Gentlemen.

I hired this company to pack my Uhaul Pod because I could not do it. They arrived on time but when they packed it they failed to secure the chairs and one chair crashed into the china cabinet and broken the glass and samaged the wood. The leg of the chair was also broken. I filed a claim and received a message from Charles Jacobs of Ultra Care that they would reach out to the insurance company. That was the last message I received. As of now it has been 12 days and I understand the claim will automatically close in 14 days. I don't have much hope that this company will follow up. I am diaspointed and frustrated by the lask of consideration. The least they could have done is gotten back to me. Ghosting is not helpful and that's what they have done.

Hello, My husband and I hired movers to help us move. We scheduled an appointment for 2pm on Monday October 15th. Scheduled time comes and movers contact us letting us know they are running behind. Finally come 5pm in the afternoon they call us back and let us know they finally finished the job but the one mover had to leave due to a family issue and he was going to find a replacement. After that at 6pm after me and my husband load our three bedroom home up alone into the U-Haul truck we rented for today he calls us and says he is on his way. We give him our address as well as the gate code into our housing area. Another hour passes and he informs us that we live on base which we don’t and he can’t get on base. I text him that there is a gate code and he doesn’t need a pass but he does not respond. I call him as well as my husband but he refuses to answer his phone calls or text messages.
