• The guys did a great job. Very kind and polite. Didn’t complain with minor things needed adjustment. Only concern was they have large item fees they charge, but you don’t know this if you hire them from Uhauls website. So this is not the fault of the company, fault of info from Uhaul

• Top notch and very professional. We had issues with the closing date and time, so I had to adjust the time for our appointment. Curran and Quinn were very accommodating. They handled our unloading of the moving truck with great care and speed. No damage to walls or the house despite tight clearances and large items of furniture. Honestly, it was one of the best decisions we could have made. I scheduled everything online, and then I heard from Quinn. He was super friendly and went over all the details with me. Also when one of their movers was unable to help (we hired 3 for 3 hours) they stated that the 2 movers present would stay for 4.5 hours for a total of 9 hours of man-power, and even the owner showed up to help provide assistance.

They told us the plan to move our stuff to the truck; they told us the plan to move the stuff into the house; and when pieces were a little skeptical about getting to a floor, they told us they would try, if we wanted. It always worked!! They were extremely strong and used the tools to help move our stuff. In fact, our new bedroom headboard was too big, so they asked if they could take it apart and try. We said yes, and it worked. They were extremely friendly and gracious. I would hire them over and over, again, if we needed movers!!
