Dre and Pablo were awesome. They came in and got stuff done right away. They took initiative and they seemed to be in their element with unloading, loading the storage unit and making it all fit. They had such a good system down and it really helped time move efficiently as well. They knew what they were doing and really had a flow and worked super well together. We had some laughs and they listened very well to what we needed, some boxes upfront for easier access. They also left a walkway so we can get into the unit. Absolute professionals and would no doubt recommend them. We had a very last minute move and help and scheduling wasn’t an issue at all.

Everything went perfectly with Fred’s Moving! Our movers arrived exactly on time and promptly got to work, taking care of all our belongings. They were able to unload our U-Haul into our 3rd floor unit well within our scheduled time. We would definitely use their services again in the future!

After a disappointing experience with another moving company, I was nervous about unloading our household goods in Colorado. Thankfully, Fred’s Moving Company completely turned things around! Today then even tried to help us out when we locked the keys to the moving truck in the moving truck. They go above and beyond each time. The two movers that helped us arrived on time and in spite the many challenges presented to them they were able to get the job completed on time. They maintained a good attitude even with having to move items downhill and through treacherous terrain, not to mention through wind and rain. However, the way they packed things caused many of my items to break and they were wrapped very well. They loaded boxes labeled fragile on their sides and to the point where many fell. Movers did not use enough rachet straps to secure property. Had 20 rachet straps but they did not even use 6. Had to ask to add more straps after they said done installing straps. They only used 1 strap to inadequately hold a board pile originally did not even use 1 strap as they supported boards with valuable leather chair back side asked them to be very careful to not allow anything to fall into chair so they relented on 1 strap, but on first stop after left town pile of boards slammed into leather chair I said at least 3 times was most important item did not want anything close to chair to fall into chair which did anyway. At first stop had to fix that problem and many particle shelves were all over truck since not properly secured with straps. Every stop had to fix truck content problems wasting valuable time securing items that should not have occurred if movers originally properly secured belongings. All time wasted fixing their mistakes caused unloading rescheduling nightmare.
