Josh went above and beyond in providing service today. I called him at 8AM to see if he would be able to help me load my uhaul trailer today. He replied he would be available as soon as he took his child to school, and arrive at the moving site by 9.30AM. When I subsequently discovered my towing vehicle had a dead battery, and was unable to find a replacement, I told Josh about my issue and he was able to procure an appropriate battery and still arrive at the site by 10.00AM. He and his helper proceeded to complete moving and packing by 11.45AM. No words can describe the appreciation I had for being able to complete this move before Noon. If you are looking for a reliable and hard working moving company I would highly recommend this one. Sincerely, Mark G. Reliable, dependable, trustworthy.

The folks at Reliable and Safe Moving were outstanding. They were very helpful and unloaded my u-haul truck quickly. They were helpful in getting everything in to the rooms I needed the stuff to be in, and Josh was on top of the communications before and during the job. The crew were very polite and great to work with. Once the job was done, my little chihuahua Edison had followed them out into the road and they stopped to watch him and make sure he was safe until they could get Krystal and I’s attention to come out and scoop him up. Very solid of them to do so! I would definitely hire them again in the future as can’t recommend them enough.

We thought one 26' U-Haul would cover our move—three full loads later, it became chaos. Three brutal days. Overwhelmed family. Then Josh and Ricky from Reliable Movers showed up. No breaks. No complaints. They moved a piano down 10 stairs and up 7—just the two of them. Not a scratch. Then came the moment that made them legends. Our 1-year-old was napping, and two massive antique armoires had to go in right next to her crib. Josh and Ricky placed them silently, feet from her head, without waking her. I still don’t understand how. They were fast, focused, respectful, and kind. If you’re looking for movers who handle antiques, stairs, stress, and sleeping babies like it’s nothing—hire these guys. They moved like knights in a quiet quest, With oak-strong arms and endless zest. Josh and Ricky, thank you. You’re the real deal.

Initially I had a map of the truck and was going to direct the movers on how best to pack the truck but I soon realized they had way more experience than I did and I am glad I let them do all the packing. Josh’s communication was responsive and clear from the time we signed on with him throughout the time he returned the Uboxes. He confirmed our order and equipment with Uhaul ahead of time, checked in the day before and morning of the move. The previous moving company we used was a total nightmare but these guys picked up where they left off and completely saved us time and money. What the other company said would take 7 more hours just to load up, this company did loading and unloading in just under 3 hours! Not to mention them bringing a washer and dryer upstairs. They also brought a pretty heavy dresser upstairs that the previous company failed to do. This team went above and beyond. Even told us how to fix our dryer plug from a 3 to 4 prong. Removed and folded our uhaul furniture pads that we rented so that we would not get charged! Exceptional team! We are so grateful to have found them, especially in the crunch that we were left in.
