We hired a team of three to help us move into a fourth-floor walk-up this July, and they were absolutely incredible. We parked the truck around 3 PM, and everything was unloaded by 4pm. The entire move was fast, organized, and incredibly efficient. The crew was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Hiring them was easily one of the best investments we made during our move. I can't recommend them enough!

We used Five Star Mover to unload our uhaul truck and were so impressed by the speed and care with which they moved. The guys did an amazing job navigating some tight turns and were so sweet. Would absolutely recommend (and will probably be using them for future moves)

Both the guys came on time. Was very quite calm and did whatever they have to do to make sure everything goes smooth. I was very tense but they made the job look so easy. There was a lack of communication leading up to the scheduled date and some miscommunication about the rate (loading and unloading are considered two separate jobs so you have to book two 2-hour jobs even if the actual job takes under 2 hours). That being said, the pricing was really reasonable and the guys did an awesome job.

HIRE THEM NOW!!! YOU WILL HAVE THE SMOOTHEST MOVE OF YOUR LIFE. This move would've been a complete disaster if it wasn't for Mike and John. When I tell you I felt like these two men came down like my GUARDIAN ANGELS to help me during one of the most stressful times in my life, I mean it! They were prompt, professional, took care of everything with no problems. I was so relieved. The worst thing happened after they loaded the van, I accidentally locked us out of the drivers cabin! My heart sank. BUT MIKE thought so quick on his feet, next thing I knew he had a tree branch and he was crawling back there with the stick poking at the cabin door lock to get us back on track.... WOW. I was so ready to call the UHaul Roadside Service (the locksmith would've costed me an extra $200 and would've added another hour to the move.) But they got it open! They're quick, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED and determined that you have a great move! HIRE ASAP.

He was very flexible when my schedule changed, then changed back. He didn't have to be. He and his helper did impeccable work taking care of my customer's items and the walls of her new house, winding large heavy dressers up a tight stairwell without touching the walls. After the move was completed, I return to my previous apt and saw that the movers left arts of my bed frame inside the elevator. I had to place it inside my old apt until I figure out a way how to move it to my new place since the length of the queen size bed frame will not fit in my car. Sadly I gave them a generous tip after they completed the move.

Mike was very aggressive, and not interested in the move. He was late and from the time he got there was a complaint about everything to move. He even refused to take one Chester drawer as he claimed it cannot get downstairs. There was no way to dismantle it and it came up the same stairs. Definitely will not be using Mike again.

Noah was one time and got the process started. My only complaint was I had to reach out and confirm a time 5 days after booking which is not the movers fault. My experience is based on what I called an easy move since there were no furnitures involved and I was one the first floor. Got done in 40 minutes ( which I will admit I had extra hand helping but we all stop once we realized they would be done too soon). Had we not contributed we wouldn’t need more than one hour.

These guys are incredible! Our move was running way behind due to some traffic we hit on the way, but they were flexible and communicative to set up a new time. Once there, they took charge over the unloading operation (which was very appreciated from my tired brain) and we may have hit a new record for fastest unloading - under 30 mins! Both movers did a good job of dealing with different obstacles throughout the day. I was happy we finished the move in the allotted time. I may need to use these movers again for an upcoming move.

I was extremely pleased with the men who were sent to help me. Shawn and Zach arrived on time, were friendly, worked hard and were always positive, even when moving heavy items. They were fantastic!!

The guy in charge was incredibly helpful and responsive. The movers who came to unload we're slightly late, but very courteous and did a good job carefully handling my belongings.

They never called me to confirm my order. I asked the, yo bring a dolly (they were moving an arcade game for me), but they did a great job moving the machine and I would use them again

Frank and Mike were absolutely fantastic and worked straight thru lunch to get the job done. They even helped me put together my bed at the new place and re-hang a door at the old place. Awesome job!

We hired Frank and his crew to move out of NY to CT. They worked fast and cared for our things just as we would. They did this all hours before Hurricane Sandy hit. These guys are the absolute best!!

Their van broke, 2 hours late. Worked their butts off to load the truck, great job. Stopped to help another job before unload, 6 hours late. Overall, they had a ROUGH day, got the job done.
