Needs to take care of himself better and have a better attitude. Anyway, they packed the truck well. Helped get stuff out I couldn’t myself. Again, if not for Will and his effort it would be a 3 start review. Other dude communicates better and more effort, 5 stars. Job got done. Just cost himself tips

  • I had such a great experience with Justine and Austin from MovingHelp.com that I had to share! From the very beginning—weeks before my move—they were on top of communication, which instantly put me at ease. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. On moving day, they kept me updated about a small delay at U-Haul while waiting for the U-Boxes, and as soon as they were on the road, they sent me an ETA and showed up exactly when they said they would. Right on time! Once they arrived, they jumped straight into action. I originally thought I’d need three boxes, but somehow they worked their magic and fit everything into just two (seriously impressive!). They handled everything with care, were super polite, and made the entire experience easy and even a bit enjoyable. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and friendly moving team, I can’t recommend Justine and Austin enough. They truly went above and beyond!

  • These are not professional loaders. They weren't concerned with protecting out house or possessions from damage. They were an hour late and left us with a lot left to load instead of giving us the option to purchase more time. We ended up having to repack the last 3rd of the truck ourselves to secure our $3000 refrigerator and make room for the rest of our stuff. We are 60 and 62, we hired people to load because we aren't able to load ourselves. This company is a clown show!
