I appreciate them moving all my stuff from downstairs to my moving POD. He had to call for help since one of his main movers had a family emergency. I ended up helping move my beds and couch into POD with him. If I was just moving somewhere in town I wouldn’t mind the service but I moved to different state packing a moving POD requires proper stacking and storage. I still had a decent amount of things I needed to move so I ended up taking everything out that they put in my POD and repacking it to fit properly. Ended up with a lot of space vs things all over the place.

Dannie and his helper were fantastic during our move. Dannie has such a great personality — positive, upbeat, and easy to work with, which made a stressful day feel much lighter. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and were incredibly respectful of our belongings and our time. The truck was packed strategically and securely, and nothing felt rushed or careless. We truly appreciated their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend Dannie and his team for anyone needing reliable moving help.

This company did a bizarre job loading my truck and broke multiple pieces of furniture, ripping entire screws out of items and breaking a wooden support on my slats beyond repair. I watched them break the legs on a lightweight dresser just loading it onto a dolly. When I reached out about damages, they simply said they were sorry I was frustrated. Strange way to handle the issue after they begged me multiple times for a good review on the day. I personally would not hire this company again and I would not recommend anyone else work with them.

Had a conversation to confirm moving date and time 2-days prior. During the conversation I asked if there would be a dolly used because I had furniture as well as boxes to be moved into a storage facility. It was confirmed there will be a dolly used for the move. The movers arrived on the scheduled date in an Uber without a dolly! Thank goodness I had a pulley cart which the movers used. Needless to say some of the furniture was scratched and broken and a box of wine glasses were broken as well as a box of dishes marked (fragile-glass) was tossed on the floor. This was a very stressful move! The movers were young guys and a 3rd guy had to be called for help with the move. The head mover was somewhat perturbed with my saying there needs to be a dolly for this move and continued to fuss about it. However, I would NOT refer this moving company to my enemies let alone friends or family!!

We had the opportunity to use Gateway Movers during our unloading of our moving trucks. We knew we had very heavy bulky furniture and antique pieces and gave a heads up. Instead of two guys Donnie sent 3 to accommodate. Great communication and everything that needed to be done was done. Highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. Great job Deon, Tony, and Sean. We appreciate all the hard work.

They smashed my Samsung 55in TV & ripped apart my Shark Vacmop. I tried to contact them numerous times, but they won't respond. I thought they were nice at the time, but their refusal to answer me has destroyed any positivity I had. They have no idea how to pack & unpack. They packed glass dishes, unwrapped, in trash bags, along with pots, pans, & appliances. They packed my vacuums in a trash bag & ripped one in half. They packed my TV, completely unprotected, leaning on furniture, DESPITE the fact I had the original box & packaging right by it. I even told them to use it. But, they didn't. They just packed the box empty, in the truck, near the unprotected TV, next to bags of glassware, small appliances, cast iron pots, & other pans. So, casserole dishes have glass chips around edges, appliances dented, vacmop ripped apart, and my Samsung 55in QLED screen was crushed in 2 places & unusable, just black and green garbage. Also smoked marijuana WREAKED of it, halfway thru the job. BEWARE!
