They were much faster than anticipated and when I had some issues getting into the new place, they were calm and reassuring that they’d wait while I got that sorted out. They were FANTASTIC! The power went out mid-move, so they got trapped in the elevator for over 30 minutes and the fire department had to come let them out. They did not let that stop them though. They carried all of my things up 5 flights of stairs (still no lights or AC) and still managed to complete the move within 2 hours. Seriously cannot recommend them enough!

Our team was fabulous! I would recommend them to anyone. Marcus and Cole worked in tandem, scoping spaces and finding something to fit in every nook and cranny. They were geniuses at spatial engineering! We couldn't believe how much stuff they were able to fit into our truck. And they took great care to wrap and pad all furniture to avoid scrapes, scratches, or breakage during travel. They easily maneuvered heavy pieces with amazing strength and skill. And they were a delight to work with--full of enthusiasm, perseverance, and focus, all while maintaining friendly conversation. They were incredibly hard workers and never wasted time...always thinking about the next item to load. We are so grateful for their expertise and speedy work. It was well worth spending the money to have this level of professional help and has made this leg of our move so much easier. Don't hesitate to hire this company for your moving services. They are great!

These guys were AWESOME! I needed last minute help moving into my apartment and I was called within minutes of booking online to schedule meet up less than 14 hours later. They unloaded the whole U-Haul truck in record time, and moved all my belongings, furniture and items into new apartment; as well as storage unit. They took great care of my stuff, lots of glass and expensive things that were all handled delicately and efficiently. Troy, Marcus, and Que definitely exceeded my expectations and what I was hoping for when booking a moving company! Young entrepreneurs with great work ethic and skill in their industry! They pretty much had me all moved in, in the time it took me on the phone with my interment provider!! I highly recommend them and will be using them again for my next move and for our business moving needs here in Midvale as well!!!

They were easy to communicate with and did the job way quicker than expected! They also took a lot of care that things weren’t damaged and asked about the items to make sure they were each being handled with care. They’re so good I’m hiring them again!

This was my second job that I hired Quality Elite Movers for and they were great. They are both friendly and professional and got the job done much faster than I expected. Not only did they get everything unloaded but they made sure everything got placed where I needed it throughout the house, and offered to help set things up as well. While it was not part of the job they were hired for they were willing to assist me in getting my tv mounted and up onto my tv stand, which was very appropriated. Highly recommend them if your looking for friendly help that will get the job done.

I had an outstanding experience with Quality Elite Services, both movers came in and introduced themselves and seemed excited to be there despite the 100 degree weather outside. They jumped right in and had everything hauled down three flights of stairs and into the truck in less than an hour, much less time than I had expected. They were hard working and very friendly. They will definitely be my first call in the future.

These guys were fast and effcient. The problem is none of them has moving experience. My piano was put at the tail end of the truck, throwing the wieght distribution off. I told them numerous times to load the piano. but they just kept goiong with boxes. They were not careful at all, almost every piece of furniture they touched has some scuffs and marks on it. They shoved a shepard hook right through a mat for my kitchen. I watched them force some patio chairs into the place he wanted them, destoying one of my large packing boxes. We had a lamp that is completely ruined. They sat a large tub on an elevated surface, the tub had a large bottle of detergent in it. They failed to secure this tub, resulting in the ALL tipping and spilling on the couch and through to the floor, ruining the feet of an antique cedar chest, and some other items. I even tipped the guys. what a fool I was. Do NOT use these guys unless you have a lot of shitty furniture to be ruined. Worst loading job ever!

I had some serious problems with picking up my moving truck (thanks, U-Haul), and the guys were super patient and flexible as I had to keep pushing back the moving time. We did have some big miscommunications during the actual moving process that caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I thought I'd said I wanted my suitcases at the front of the truck (i.e., in the cab), but for some reason, the guys put them in the back of the truck behind all my other stuff. I had to stop on the first night of my trip and buy new clothes because there was no way I could get to the ones I already owned! The guys also somehow missed one of my suitcases altogether, meaning I got to my destination 1200+ miles later and had no swimsuit in the middle of June.

When I made the appointment online for the movers, someone called me within just a few minutes to confirm everything-very impressed and service going forward was excellent. Movers were professional, very friendly and took great care with our belongings. They paid attention to where the boxes all were marked to go into different rooms, kindly rearranged some furniture when we got to new home and some things didn’t fit down into basement. We ended up needing them for an additional hour and it was no problem at all. We would use these movers again and recommend them to anyone! They were impressive with their skills, did an excellent job, and were a pleasure to work with-cannot rate them highly enough!
