The movers really knew what they were doing when it came to organizing and loading the truck—you could tell right away they were experienced and efficient. On top of that, they were super polite, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. John, the owner, deserves a special mention. He’s a man of his word and genuinely cares about his customers. From the very beginning, he made sure I felt confident about the move, and he followed through on everything he promised. I especially want to thank them for above and beyond service- I had a fall at my new place and had to go to the ER- I felt bad for leaving them - but they finished everything perfectly! So gracious for their help when I took my tumble. No one’s fault - just my missteps on the new steps at my new place.   • Let me start off b y saying John is everything you want in someone moving your stuff. He is articulate, thorough and great at what he does. He has a newer guy working with him and seeing his leadership skills on how to go about stuff showed me I will always contact him for moving jobs. I unfortunately had a purple mattress which might be the heaviest, most awkward mattress out there and I had a tricky entrance they had to get it through and he took his time and made sure that my mattress got here in great shape. Trust me, this is someone you want to hire for moves. You will not be disappointed.

  • Our Company Caring Transitions has worked with dozens of companies to assist us with our Senior Pack & Moves, Estate Liquidations and Clean Outs. Gannons is the third company we’ve used thru Uhaul Moving Help that we’ve given 5 stars too. When we needed help last minute the owners responded immediately and had their crew out the next day. The 2 employees they sent did a great job and needed very little direction after we explained the job. Gannons may be a bit newer, and their rate is more affordable.   • I owe these guys big time. We had a bit of a mishap moving across the state, and were running three hours later than we intended. So they rescheduled to help us the next day. Then they showed up and we surprised them with a flight of stairs and three cats. One of the movers had an allergic reaction but they kept helping thru it while I went and got some Benadryl. We are so sorry we were not better prepared but they communicated amazingly and were so patient while we ran around like chickens with heads cut off. This review is the least we can do. Hopefully next time we book with them they don’t automatically deny us lol but I wouldn’t blame them

  • Our movers Tony and I believe Ty, sorry if I remembered wrong, were excellent! A rep from Gannon’s Moving called right after I booked online through U-Haul and scheduled a time and hashed out the details with me. I got a text about half hour before their arrival, on time, and they were very friendly and professional. I was stressed and they put me at ease and just had me give them some directions on what was moving and they handled it. They knew how to pack the U-Haul in the best way to utilize space and to fit the most we could in there. When all loaded up, we drove over to the new house and they unloaded in record speed. I liked that they used a runner in the entrance to keep from getting it dirty at both places. They made our move sooooo much easier and were careful with our things. I was already exhausted with packing and they saved my back. Definitely want to use their moving services again. Highly recommend. Five stars all around! Would give more if I could.   • Gannon's Movers were fantastic! They were extremely communicative. We scheduled them long before our move, and we received the confirmation call the night before as promised. They arrived early and were fully equipped with all the necessary moving tools to help us unload our 26-foot U-Haul. We move quite often, and they were the kindest movers we have ever worked with. They handled all our stuff with efficiency, skill, caution, and care. If we have any future moving requirements during our stay in Seattle, Gannon’s will be our first call.

  • Anyone would be lucky to work with Gannon’s moving, these guys are communicative, careful, very efficient, and have a great attitude. They unloaded my 1 bedroom out of a UHaul to an apartment up 3 flights of stairs and smiled the whole time. Every piece of furniture is in great condition, five stars, and I’m saving their contact info for future moves.

  • Tamara was extremely patient and communicative with me during the entire process. She explained everything clearly and was fair and respectful. The movers were by far the most professional, timely, patient, knowledgeable, prepared, and QUICK movers I have ever experienced in my life. People don’t realize how stressful moving is; so when you have people to help you it relieves an immense amount of pressure. I’ll definitely utilize Gannon again if I ever need to move.
