  • If I could give Jarvis and his team 10 stars, I would. They were incredible. I don't think I've ever had a move that felt so light and easy on my end--and the reality is, it's because of how incredibly hard they worked while also being utterly kind and professional, not to mention fast and careful! They handled my things skillfully and were an absolute delight to be around during a stressful time. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

We appreciated their careful attention to detail and the cautiousness they used in moving a refrigerator through our home and boxes into our basement. The two of them were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I plan to use your services and ask specifically for Bruno and Aaron for my future needs.

  • These guys came to help me on my move earlier this week and this had to be the most stress free move experience i've ever had. Let's start with when I booked them. I reached out to Jarvis about help recommending the amount of uboxes I should order. He told me that the 3 uboxes that I ordered should be plenty. Reassured me that he and his team know how to pack the uboxes in a way to maximize the space and that I did not need to worry. Just before my move day, uhaul told me that the uboex can be picked up at noon. Jarvis again reassured me that he would be at my apartment well early in the morning with the uboxes and his team, ready to move me out. And he was there early! Within the first 15 minutes of the job, all of my anxiety was gone. My belongings were packed, wrapped and carried out with care, as if it were their own. I cannot thank Jarvis and his crew any more. Book with them. You will not be dissapointed. They were professional, fast and easy to work with. Thank you Jarvis!

  • If you’re like me and overwhelmed by choosing someone to load your UBox.. trust me when I say LOOK NO FURTHER than Glorified Surfaces. Jarvis, Zafir, and Marques were absolutely incredible. Jarvis was responsive, upbeat, and extremely flexible when our move-out date changed. We were relocating from Philly to Austin and nervous about loading on a busy city street, but the crew handled it with total ease. Jarvis kept us updated throughout the day, from dispatch to delivery of all three boxes. They worked NON-STOP for SEVEN HOURS, did not complain once, and treated every item with care. Jarvis and Zafir even lifted our massive bar cabinet like it was nothing and packed each UBox with true Tetris-level skill..literally not one inch of space left unused. Fragile items like large mirrors were carefully wrapped and secured. We ended the day feeling beyond grateful. This crew is the REAL deal. I’d recommend Glorified Surfaces to anyone and everyone I know... and will absolutely use them again!

  • The service was good, with the exception of arriving on time. I was not notified that they will be late until I called to find out why they were not here yet. It was stressful because we had other commitments, and had to be late returning the moving truck we rented. The movers were excellent, courteous and helpful. I tipped each of them on that day. I will use them again if needed.

  • They moved stuff & packed it well. Some advice for others though, make sure to take everything you can fully apart before they get there. They will help you but if it's not fully organized you'll probably lose some pieces to things. Also make sure you have a plan. I needed them specifically to move my fridge & maybe some other big stuff, but they ended up moving everything else other than the fridge first due to some mix up in communication between me having a plan & my step dad and them talking. Once we finally moved onto the fridge we learned we didn't have have the tool to take the doors off of it so it added a lot more stress. They went the extra mile & tried to help us get the part we needed, but we couldn't find it. We ended up getting the doors off and the fridge moved into the uhaul, but we were out of time then so me & my family ended up moving it all into my storage unit on our own. I only realized recently that we lost pieces of stuff and scratched & dented the fridge.
