The HBM crew communicated well providing me with an updated time of arrival as they were traveling about 90 miles to our loading site. We walked through the house and they asked how we wanted the truck to be loaded such as keeping each rooms contents together. They worked steadily and cooperatively despite temperatures in the nineties with high humidity as well. They were easy to work with and weren't afraid to ask any questions to facilitate their work. They were able to get most all of our things on the 26' U-Haul truck. So we had to carry a few items in our cars. All in all this team was well experienced and you can have confidence that they will do a professional job.

I really wanted to like them but I don’t really know how it takes a little over an hr to load but almost 4 to unload?? Going over a little bit I can see but a $300 job shouldn’t end up being over $500. Also I was nice enough to supply water and the empty water bottles were left in the stairwell and outside for me to clean up. My tip money was spent on the labor overage.

They were very communicative in setting up the move and very kind. However, I would caution anyone who hires them to pay special attention to how they load the truck. Although we provided many moving blankets and a lot of tie down rope, much of the furniture was not wrapped or secured well. Almost every piece of furniture was scratched as a consequence. I move frequently for my work and this has by far been the slowest load in. I scheduled them for 3 hours and had to buy an extra hour the day of. This was almost not enough time.

These two men did a great job! They did the heavy lifting down a flight of stairs safely and with no damage. They did an efficient job packing the truck. AND they complimented me on the brownies I made for them. Would recommend and use again!

Darrius was professional and thorough on our move. They tackled the furniture, appliances as well as the garage cabinets we needed moved. Recommend Darrius and HDM Moving.

They texted me an hour and a half before they were supposed to arrive and stated they could not show up due to weather. There is currently no rain, no thunderstorms. They said they would put me on notice for tomorrow. Very unprofessional to cancel an hour and a half before when they should’ve checked the weather forecast if they were so uncomfortable.

HDM moving was great. They moved all my items safely and quickly. They moved my entire two bed room apartment in less than 2 hrs. No items was damaged. Great service.
