  • Booked 2 movers for 2 hours. The first hour only one was there. We have tried to contact the dispatch office to request a refund for the first hour but cannot get an answer. But, Bogi, was awesome. He came in and started working by himself until the other person showed up. He was very nice and hard working. Even by himself for the first hour, they finished in time.

  • This was a very small job as far as moves go. We had one last load to take to the new house, and it barely filled half of a 10ft UHaul truck. Everything except a refrigerator was already in the garage, so keep that in mind when considering my rating. I can't say how they would do with a normal size job that has some delicate furniture or anything, but for me, they did fine. They were really quick and everything made it to the destination 900miles away without issue.

We hired them for 5 hours and they had well over 45 minutes to an hour before the session ended and they loaded and unload two storages worth of stuff. They did all of this while taking care of our things and maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism. We would definitely use them again!

  • When my husband and I arrived, the two young movers’ vehicle was parked in front of the pick up location, but the young men were across the street, hanging out in a neighbors yard under a tree. I was embarrassed because the neighborhood is gated and the two story home that was the pick up location—their home is valued at approximately $400,000.00. Please teach the young men that it is more professional to wait in their vehicle until clients show up and it’s very unprofessional to hang out across the street in a neighbor’s yard from the pick up location. Besides this, they were polite and respectful and did what was asked and got the job done. Due to the heaviness of the very long sofa (High end, Bernhardt sofa which is custom made and about 9 feet long), my husband had to jump in and help them get it up the last bit of stairs to our 2nd floor, but he did not mind helping. We tipped them in cash $20 total.

  • CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY! I chose this company because their five star review. Con The two men sent one was careless with items causing damage to a few things. They brought items in and just dropped them where I asked for everything to be placed so my son could sort them later. Missing casters off furniture, BROKEN TV! They were in a rush to complete the job. Hired them for 2 hours and they finished under that! Pros They were able to schedule me in same day. I wish they had taken a little more time and not been careless! We tried to speak to the manager this morning and all he said was There’s no proof we broke it.

They were absolutely excellent, professional and I’m so extremely grateful for them! It made moving a two bedroom apartment so much easier and it was done in 3 hours! It was extremely easy to rent their help and they maintained a good attitude with the chaos! Again I’m so grateful for this service! I tipped them with cash.

  • Devin and V were nice, professional, and one of the hardest working movers we have hired from the Uhaul site. I have used this site over 35 times to move family, friends, vulnerable individuals, and seniors. Most of the time, it’s a toss up on what you get. I will use High IQ again and again. They came with their own dolly, introduced themselves, and truly worked the whole 3 hours and they knew how to snuggly pack a Uhaul. We had our mother’s precious lovely’s and nothing was broken. We ordered blankets and tape and they covered everything before moving. Even the Grandfather clock traveled well! I can’t say thank you enough to these young men. I pray everyone tips you well, you both deserve it!

  • The movers themselves are great but the service leaves a bit to be desired. I'm not sure if the company is based in Tulsa because they told me it would take an hour to 90 minutes to get to my location. I paid for two movers but only one person showed up during my move and they told me it was because the other person had car trouble. The one person did his best and managed to unload everything in about an hour, but I honestly kind of wish he had taken his time, because the wrap on a lot of our big furniture pieces was torn on the way in, definitely dragged on the ground or caught on something. I usually tip but I've effectively paid 120$ for about an hour of work from 1 mover. U-haul told me to contact the company, and the company told me I was making things hard for them and it was out of their hands since they're a 3rd party. Also the company called me and asked to talk to the guy through my phone instead of calling him directly, kinda unprofessional.

Five star experience for the load and unload assistance! My only recommendation for them is to improve communication. Our move wasn’t confirmed by High IQ until about 6pm the night before despite my attempts to reach out days in advance. That left me feeling uncertain, panicking to come up with a backup plan the night before and ultimately causing unnecessary stress. That being said, they did finally confirm and of course they showed up, and I still highly recommend them! We hope to be done moving for a while, but if we do need any more help, we will come back to High IQ!

  • The movers showed up on time and were friendly. I was told there wasn’t much space left in the u-haul, so there was a lot more left at the apartment than I had expected. When I walked down stairs, there was a lot of unused space on the u-haul but didn’t say anything. We then went to storage to pick up a small couch. As I was walking out of the storage one of the movers had his back to me and was laughing about how much space there was and commented about how they could’ve put a lot more on the truck. I still didn’t say anything and just wanted to finish the job. I did though, have to extend my u-haul reservation because I knew was going to have to make an additional trip alone in the u-haul to move more. We finished 15 mins early, so there was time. I moved from a third floor, so it was a bit more challenging, but I won’t use this service again because I felt the movers weren’t experienced enough. I also added an hour by mistake, but the mover sent me cashapp to cover the extra $60.

  • Demetrius and Darius were amazing. They were respectful, professional, and incredibly hard workers. They didn’t try and milk the clock, and the only breaks they took were to breathe after a particularly large piece. I don’t recommend doing what I did, and searching for a mover the night before moving. But they were available on incredibly short notice (less than 15 hours), were by far the most reasonably priced crew on the website (20 or 30 bucks an hour cheaper). And they put in some spectacular work. I can’t recommend them enough.

And once they were done with the big items we hired them for, they asked what more they could help us with because we had time left. They loaded heavier boxes, helped my husband take down a big TV (and wrapped it) and moved some items we were trying to sell into the garage to make it easier for us. • Darius and Devin were amazing. Both men were so polite and respectful of our possessions. Some things were going to storage and some to the new place. I changed my mind several times about where I wanted things. They were endlessly patient and packed an enormous amount in a short time. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

  • Demetrius and Jason were amazing. My wife commented several times throughout the day afterwards how awesome they were. We were so exhausted by the time we got to our destination. It was phenomenal to have them there. They took care of a tough job within the scheduled time, were kind, professional, communicative, flexible and punctual. We also had a family emergency which caused us to have to reschedule, and they did without a hassle, were very kind, and were highly communicative through the process. We know where we are looking next time we have moving service needs.

  • Great move! High IQ provided two intelligent, professional, courteous and diligent movers; can't say enough good things about them because I was so impressed. They packed the truck so well that nothing, NOTHING . AT . ALL! moved, even after a bumpy 600 mile drive. An excellent move! I would wholeheartedly recommend High IQ to anyone looking for help with a move. Thank you so much High IQ!

  • I highly recommend High IQ Movers. The two movers, Demetri and Darius, were on time, friendly, professional and hard-working. They helped me find the items being pulled from our storage and then re-packed the remaining items back into the storage units. They even consolidated the remaining items so that I could reduce the number of storage units that I was renting. They had a great attitude and I greatly appreciated their help.
