I believe this was for the very heavy (about 700 lbs) gun safe we had to move into our container. The crew was not provided with a dolly, which made this move particularly difficult. However, they managed to get it out of the house without any scratch to my clay (Saltillo) tiles and over some gravel. I was very impressed with their professional and friendly attitude and would not hesitate to use their services again. They were the same people who helped us move in 3 years ago and I was happy with them at that time as well.

They were very helpful in getting the truck unloaded. However, they were over an hour late arriving. They did keep in contact to let me know they were running late. As long as you don't have a timetable to keep, there is no worries. All in all, their time was very appreciated and they did what they said they were going to do. Took their time and made sure everything was unloaded with no damage.

Movers were initially a bit tough to contact. After we finally touched base, they showed up on time and performed efficiently and professionally.

We had the move scheduled on July 5 2023 at 1 pm, because we had to move showroom cases into a retail location. We contacted the movers at noon confirming the arrival. They told us they may be 10 minutes late. We arrived at the retail location at 12 45 pm. At 1 20 pm I contacted the movers again, they explained the 2 movers are running late. At that time we needed to start the move. My husband and one of our employees started to move the showroom cases from the truck. At 2 45 ONE mover showed up. My husband helped him to unload and put up the showroom cases, who are all glass and quite large. I am very disappointed and I would like for you to pay my husband. One thing though. The young man who did showed up was professional and very nice and did a good job.

They were professional as far as communication but they did show up late and lack experience in packing a uhaul but were kind and fast.

They told me what time they would be there and updated me the whole way. They were super helpful and loaded the truck very well!

They were very nice guys that got the job done fast. They made sure they were very careful will all the furniture and other boxes. I would recommend them to everyone that asked.

They got to my move in the evening, so they had probably used most of their energy already, but they powered through and stayed professional. They were easy to contact and if they missed a call, quickly called back.

I hired two guys for two hours, but they showed up with 6 guys and unloaded my stuff in about 30 minutes. They were careful with my important stuff, easy to talk with, and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, highly recommend!

It was the worst ever I read of two man and 2 hr move service it was one man with 4 hrs. He was so tired towards the end of the move he dropped my furniture rolling down the stairs. I offered to help him but he declined. He said his boss couldn’t find someone to help this took two hours out of my sc
