• Unprofessional, rude, stressful, deceitful, and damaging to stuff. One kept on saying they were done and demanding payment after about 4 hours, even though uhaul had said the booking was for the day to fill 6 uboxes, and I told them at booking our furniture and box inventory, cubic feet of stuff, house sir, etc. He refused to move a couple of boxes out of a Ubox because it was unloading, not loading. They said they were done and the uboxes were full. I checked, and most of them were only about half to maybe two thirds full. We told them to use the mattress bags; they didn’t without telling us. They put furniture on furniture without pads, which will grind and cause damage in transit. This made the already stressful experience of moving far worse than it needed to be, and will damage our things. I’ve worked with 10+ moving crews over the years, and this was the worst by far. I would strongly recommend working with a different company if you value your things and your peace of mind.

• Leonard and Charles are a fabulous team who worked extremely well together. They worked diligently to take all furniture and boxes down a steep staircase from a second floor apartment and loaded it expertly into a U-Haul. Their skills in loading the truck are highly remarkable and we had more than enough room in the truck thanks to their skills. We cannot recommend this men highly enough; you will be in great hands with this crew!

• Complete and utter waste of money. Scratched floors and walls and furniture. Along with the 2 guys smelling like weed and my clients furniture having to be cleaned to get the smell out. Workers were cussing my client out when they got frustrated super embarrassing.

• The company, Dedicated Movers, called me and demanded that I pay gas mileage to them in the amount of $85. When I said I needed them there at 9 they said they might be there then or a little later. I did not feel ok/safe having them contact me directly and demand more money.
