I filed a police report and the investigating officer asked if they had any surveillance footage which they did not, which did not help with my insurance claim. I would not recommend this facility at not very secure or clean, very dated. And, I was only there less then 2 years and received 4 price increases.

Reece M | Overall ExperienceI physically moved out on October 14, 2021. I left the unit cleaned. I was paid in full up until October 31. I rented the unit in June 2003 and had been current on each months payments. From that time until the time I moved out, there had been flood damage in my unit. I was told about it from the previous owners although they neglected to tell me they went into my unit and moved my belongings around. Some of my belongings including my paintings and artwork suffered from flood damage.

Joel J | Overall ExperienceI don’t understand why a business would not allow its customers to have access 12hrs to their unit when we pay a lot for it. On top of that note, the day we move out from the unit we have until the employee leaves to be out completely or we get charged for another month? This is out rages and there forth I wouldn’t remember anybody to this places. You need to be considered to your customers and not make it so inconvenient for them.
Marc A | Overall ExperienceThe only issue was payment is do on the first and people may not get their paycheck until the 5th yet if you don't recieve a payment on the first then here come the threats for late fees . You should have payments due by the 10th most places do. People need room to breath. Life already gives us enough pressure. My God Bless.
jay c | Overall ExperienceThe facility is clean and well maintained, but no one seems to review the security tapes regularly as our Mustang was stolen and no one knows when it happened. I would recommend that if a unit has been cleared out that the management contact the owner to make sure it wasn't theft.
