I WANT MY MONEY BACK I PAID 150 FOR MY SERVICES AND WAS GIVIN A CODE TO UNLOCK THE GATE AND IT DOES NOT WORK !! I LITERALLY HAVE CALL IN EVERY TIME TO HELP GETN IN GATE . EACH TIME ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND DONT BELIEVE ME THAT MY CODE DONT WORK AND HAVE ME TRY SEVERAL TIMES WITH THEM TO BELIEVE IT DONT WORK . THEN THEY TELL ME THEY WILL REPORT MY DIFFICULTIES THAT SOME ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME AND IM STUCK AT THE GATE WAITN FOR SOME ONE TO COME IN OR OUT FOR THE GATE TO OPEN AND I SNEAK IN . Gerald E | Overall ExperienceWorst place ever told me it would cost me 150.00 a month. Auto pay get my receipt it's 175.00 added 25.00 on to my bill. Told me at the time I could move out anytime I wanted decided to leave after the first month for obvious reasons. They automatically took 175.00 for May I moved out 31 of April.Then they tell me they had it written in the contract I had to give them 2 week notice. I'm still waiting for my 175.00 back. Poor business practices 0 stars on this place

Stephen S | Overall ExperienceI will be leaving a 1 star review, and warning to NOT use this storage facility, on every possible review site. My storage unit here was broken into and all of my stuff stolen, which consisted of an invaluable coin and gun collection. Before I rented the unit, I inquired about the site security, and was told there were cameras and security patrol and there were no issues with break ins. After my stuff was stolen, there wasn't any video footage or anything the storage unit manager could find to help assist in the police recovering the stolen items, and then I hear from the detective that there have been several storage unit break-ins from this same facility over the last several months. I have reached out to the storage facility, several times to inquire about how they plan to make this right, and have not received a reply.
