I was unable to check in to the storage unit because the gate code I was provided did not work. I called the number listed on the reservation and was first told that they gave me the wrong code on accident. I was then given a second code that did not work. The representative told me that she put in an urgent message for the manager to call me but they never did. This resulted in me having to drive the truck to a family member's house, which was a much further distance than I had planned. I am requesting a refund of the storage unit. Thank you

James P | Overall ExperienceI relocated to the Redwood storage facility after having a vehicle stolen from unit F52 at the north temple facility. Although you have video security there is no other protection . in todays age there is numerous systems available to avoid illegal access and I believe that your security system needs to be updated

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends is because of my personal experience there. I was there 2 months in a 20×30 and anyobes nightmare happened ..... yep I was robbed. I had to call the cops get a report and it seems to me that the cops just don't care. They are not helpful however the officer I got was very nice and down to earth. Angie has been there since the moment I asked about my lock being gone. I'm not sure of the outcome because I haven't reached the end yet but I hope it is a better ending than a add on to my nightmare. The price is kinda high and there is no access 24/7 it's actually 6am to 10pm and that is a let down too causecthey don't explain that to u when u sign ur name. The staff is great all the way around to bad that don't make up for the s^@$ show I've been through.
