Chris L | Overall ExperienceI stored a 22 Dr boat here. Facility needs to be repaved or graded. Has large potholes and very uneven ground and doesn’t drain well. Facility gate hours are 6AM to 9PM, never understood why not 24 hours since gate is automatic with passcode. Previous place I stored my boat was 24 hours and cost less money, I only moved because the owner sold the lot to build townhomes. No one works at the actual office on site. I had multiple issues with my passcode not working, usually it fell on a weekend and no one was available to help. When able to contact people they were very helpful and responsive. Best method I found was via text. On multiple occasions someone else parked in my spot and even weeks after I informed the staff the person would still be in my spot, causing me to have park in another vacant spot. I think this was mostly cause by spots not being clearly marked/numbered. Overall I would recommend a different spot unless you are looking for something close to you or can’t find anything cheaper.
Seth D | Overall ExperienceMy trailer was stolen from this property. There is a camera mounted on a building facing the lot but apparently doesn’t work. The sites are not marked and the grounds are not kept up, it’s a dump and I should have taken notice but I was desperate for storage at the time. This place needs to be shut down! Do NOT store anything on this property!

We provide housing and assistance for young men and women on the cusp of "aging out" of the foster care system and are at very high risk of becoming homeless as they turn 18. Jay and his staff have been phenomenally supportive of what we seek to accomplish and deserve our sincere appreciation and praise for their dedication to helping us attempt to solve a huge need for at-risk young men and women. My unit was left unsecurable because the entire locking mechanism was removed preventing another lock from being put on my unit. Associate took too much on my payment because she failed to read the note in my accout. I have been repeatedly lied to by associates, hung up on by associates when attempting to get answeres on my concerns. I have been put in a financial hardship and to top it off the refund processed was for $240 not the $265 that it should have been. Very poor customer service and the lack of knowledge of basic skills of personal is concerning at least! The requested response from the corporate office or district manager is non existent even through multiple messages left on recordings and through associates. By the multiple lies I have been told either verbally or in writting by associates I am not holding my breathe for a return call. I hace reported all of this to the better business bureau and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! My next atepbif I do not get adequate resolution I will be consulting an attorney!!!
Amanda A | Overall ExperienceNot recommend until you control your rodent problems. Rats ruined lots of my stuff stored. I send text messages to let owners know with no replies or feedback at all. I know bugs you can’t prevent but rats simply call an exterminator and get rid of them. Clearly you can see the ceiling of my storage rented and see the proof along with the nest I left for you to see.
Teresa P | Overall ExperienceI moved out the end of Nov. 2020. Left the door open as directed left there key at the drop box,notified the staff that I moved out . Now months later they are still charging my checking account for a monthly stowage fee. I’m thinking they think a senior citizen will not notice the charge on there checking account.. now there saying I just moved out on 04-09-21. Old folks beware there after our hard earned Social Security.
