Tammy D | Overall ExperienceApparently you are having some sort of problem with your staff and them posting payments to the customers account. My move out was actually May 31, 2023 and I have missing items from the storage unit. My bill was always paid on time and because of your staff processed one of my personal check amount causing me to move out out the storage. The over reached and over charged caused an accumulating past due on the account for several months. Inadequate staffing and availability to the office is very poor management.
