JOHN T | Overall ExperienceParking lot would not allow access to a 26' U Haul with a car hauling trailer...also no staff was present at 1000am, we looked everwhere! So, we left and went to a Public Storage who were great!!!

novelette l | ReservationI was in a unit on 2nd floor. Sometimes the elevator would stick but always did get it open. Would recommend keeping a cell phone in your pocket if there alone in case it would stick closed

LONNIE S | ReservationTurns out Neighbors Self Storage doesn't have any vehicle storage spots, but the person I talked to said she was able to cancel the reservation. The U-Haul needs to listen to their affiliates!
