Douglas M | ReservaciónThank you for asking. I don't have any feedback yet because our move has been indefinitely postponed due to the landlord's failure to schedule a test of the apartment. Therefore, we will not need the storage unit at the present time. I will be in touch again when we do move my daughter's things.
Wayne M | ReservaciónThe facility was very clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely use again if I need storage space.
Charles L | Experiencia generalWe moved here from FL just before Covid and during the entire process the staff were so helpful and made everything seamless! About 8 months ago we needed to move to a smaller unit and again Liz was just so wonderful! I am sad to no longer need the storage as we've moved into a bigger home but I would highly recommend using them, they are affordable, the facility is very clean (even all the restrooms!!)...so pleased with every interaction!
Danielle S | Experiencia generalThe facility and staff were terrific and the experience couldn't be beat - thanks for being there for us!!
Mark Y | Experiencia generalI always felt comfortable calling Liz if I had any questions about my contract, payments, and moving. She is very friendly, professional, and helpful. We had our items stored in the facility on Elizabeth Brady Road and it was very convenient and well maintained. The coded lock system to get in the building was also convenient.
Barbara H | Experiencia generalGreat experience, everyone was great, helpful, very nice.
Juan R | Experiencia generalHad a great experience! Liz did a great job. I definitely recommend using Hillsborough Storage.
STEPHEN E | Experiencia generalExcellent service and the facility was very convenient for me in Hillsborough. Storage units are easy to access. I would recommend Hillsborough Self Storage to anybody with temporary storage needs.
Rich R | Experiencia generalAfter signing the agreement and paying the fee of $75.00...I rec'd a notice that I still owed another $25.00. It was resolved with an email and phone call. However, should I not have called and communicated my concern, the appearance of the invoice was that in some way I was negligent. There was no explanation regarding why this suddenly appeared, but fortunately was resolved.
Will C | Experiencia generalBEST STORAGE PLACE EVER!
