About 8 months ago we needed to move to a smaller unit and again Liz was just so wonderful! I am sad to no longer need the storage as we've moved into a bigger home but I would highly recommend using them, they are affordable, the facility is very clean (even all the restrooms!!)...so pleased with every interaction!

However, should I not have called and communicated my concern, the appearance of the invoice was that in some way I was negligent. There was no explanation regarding why this suddenly appeared, but fortunately was resolved.
