Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI never moved my stuff in the storage but they still didn't give me money back even tho I never moved
Jamie M | Experiencia generalKeys not marked so I played the guessing game with which Keyes went to which unit. That would help keep down confusion and guesswork. Kara and staff were very helpful do the right thing. I didn't like having to pay for 2 units for December when I only used 2 days. A refund would be acceptable. I AM DUE A REFUND for the 3rd unit I paid for and did not use. NO LOCK ON #94. DID NOT USE IT.
Ann D | Experiencia generalWe paid our balance down to 0 had a trailer to get our thing and refused us access bc the payment hit on the first we had to pay an extra month to beable to get our stuff after clearing the sheld and telling staff they multiple times they continued to call and charged us two months after. THEY ALSO DID TWO UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. When dealing with them, make sure to clearfy that they do not have permission to touch your account.
Melynda S | Experiencia generalI'm totally not satisfied with how things were handled and I will be seeking legal actions
Jarvis M | Experiencia generalThere was never anyone working in the office at this location. I paid to have my lock removed and I never received a refund nor was the lock removed. 85% of the time no one answers the phone.
Monesha C | Experiencia generalMy things were damage had to throw a lot away. Full of mold & mildew & bugs.
Trenita S | Experiencia generalI found the entire process renting a storage space from Tiger Eye to be pleasant, easy, affordable, and always professional. I would recommend them, and the easy autopay to everyone in need of temporary, or permanent storage.
Mark M | Experiencia generalI actually deferred a friend from doing business with you guys. I got all of my thing out of the unit on Jan 21st except for a mattress and box spring that was picked up on Jan 30th. I called on the 31st and left a voicemail to let yall know that I had gotten everything out at that point so I would not be charged on the 1st. It shows yall are open on Sundays. I was still charged on the first after all my things were out. I received two text messages from [redacted]. One said Ms. I received your VM. Please go to the following link to fill out the Refund Request for the Feb rent charge. Once I receive it back I will verify the unit and do the MO. Thank you and I received a link. Well not long after Eric called me and hes been rude the past two times I have spoken to him. He said I received your VM about a refund and I was told not to refund you. For starters my VM was not about a refund it was stating that I had all my things out of the unit and that I didn't want to be charged. He was very rude and adamant about not giving me a refund. His reason was that I didn't call before office hours ended which in fact I did but noone answered so I had to leave a VM. I will not be doing business with you any more and I will make sure I don't refer them to anyone for storage needs just because this experience was so bad. I have been with you guys for at least a year and I should not have been charged for Feb when I had all my things out of the unit.
Taylor G | Experiencia generalNever sprayed for bugs, Always had wasp nest above my unit door, Grass was never cut during summer time and tree limbs were not trimmed to be able to drive around back of facility. I trimmed the limbs myself multiple times.
scott w | Experiencia generalKevin is extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to use.
Kelley S | Experiencia generalWe rented out unit 2 yrs ago when we thought our home in Maine would sell and then it didn't. During that time, Betty Jo was amazing!! Thank you her and Kevin for everything. JAMES & CINDEE
CYNTHIA P | Experiencia generalHad 2 units here for a couple years. I never had any incidents. Staff is excellent. I would recommend this facility.
MICHEAL C | Experiencia generalIt was all going ok until I return and got my stuff out there was rats pop on some of my furniture. This was at the Fish Hatchery store.
Claudia T | Experiencia generalStaff is friendly and I would use them again in the future if I have to.
Mauricio O | Experiencia generalI wouldn't recommend anyone to use this storage company. They don't answer the phone so you can make payment and then my unit gets broken into at what seems to be a inside Job. Don't use this place
Henry G | Experiencia generalI'll be a returning customer...
penny d | Experiencia generalThey were EXTREMELY accommodating and kind. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesCharged 6.95 to reserve when I still have to go in person to sign a contract is a little ridiculous. Thanks
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesVery helpful
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesThey were very kind at the facility but did not seem very familiar with online booking process and were not prepared when I arrived.
