Raymond C | ReservaciónLinda S. is the friendliest person I have had the pleasure of dealing with on our entire move. She is a gem!
Karl A | Experiencia generalLinda, the office manager, was very pleasant to work with. If I ever live in Floral City area again and need a storage unit I would definitely go back to Linda. I've rented from this location on and off since Jan/Feb 2000.
Bonnie S | Experiencia generalLinda that we dealt with was always very helpful and informative.
John M | Experiencia generalLinda was great to work with. Super friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! Good job!
Louis P | Experiencia generalwas outstanding. Service was quick, the property very clean and well maintained. I have all ready recommended your facility to someone and will continue to do so. It was the only easy experience I had during the entire move, lol.
Linda R | Experiencia generalExcellent they even gave me a partial refund I didn’t expect.
Mark L | Experiencia generalFacility used to be nice, but has gone down. Recently installed new gate and repaired unit door. New manager, so I hope things are going to improve. Gate wasn’t working for weeks. New manager was very nice.
SUSAN M | Experiencia generalThe storage unit was accessible 24/7 and had good security as well as friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend this facility and any other facilities under this management, hands-down. Thank you. Jeff
Jeffry D | Experiencia generalThank you so much!!! Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience and when we need storage, we'll definitely be back!
Kelly K | Experiencia generalI was disappointed to hear that you didn’t not pro rate when leaving. I paid for the whole month up front and left halfway through. The lady working the office told me they do not prorate for the remainder of the month.
Jordan B | Experiencia generalWould recommend to anyone if I ever need another storage unit would definitely come to you again before I went anywhere else thank you so much
Shelly W | Experiencia generalEverything was great.
Theresa G | Experiencia generalMy only complaint was that my unit had a light that didn’t work. Which made it a little difficult to be able to see and move things around, had to prop up our phones with the flashlight on. Thankfully it was a small unit. Otherwise everything else was about average. Rachel was super sweet.
April T | Experiencia generalvery nice people
