We had 2 outdoor and 1 climate controlled. The 2 outdoor we only had for a few weeks while moving. The climate controlled we had for 2 years and loved it. Easy access, and well lit.

Absolutely satisfied with the facility but couldn’t afford it long term and wish they had a phone number for emergencies rather than only during work hours. Once night in the last 3 years the entry password didn’t work so I couldn’t access stored teaching supplies but once they opened in the morning, they got it fixed. It was convenient and close for us and met a need until we could afford to build our own storage room. Much appreciated!
James R | Overall ExperienceI was very satisfied with everything in the beginning however ever the associate Andi turned out to be a disappointment as I informed her that I had moved out of the unit F10 in the middle of the month March and not to charge my credit card for April. Unfortunately she did not document this information and my card was charged . Thanks to Cora she reversed the charge for me and was very professional and polite. She’s a keeper and I look forward to doing business with this company again.
