GEORGE A | Experiencia generalMy experience at A Plus Self Storage is exactly that A Plus! My travel trailer was parked in the grassy area which allowed me to post ''For Sale" signs on the unit. Tracy provided exceptional support during registration process and Tracy is great with follow up regarding billing and addressing concerns. I highly recommend parking camper at A Plus Self Storage. The location is very convenient and easy for transporting/parking RV. The facility is gated and a gate code is required for entry.

Absolutely satisfied with the facility but couldn’t afford it long term and wish they had a phone number for emergencies rather than only during work hours. Once night in the last 3 years the entry password didn’t work so I couldn’t access stored teaching supplies but once they opened in the morning, they got it fixed. It was convenient and close for us and met a need until we could afford to build our own storage room. Much appreciated!
James R | Experiencia generalI was very satisfied with everything in the beginning however ever the associate Andi turned out to be a disappointment as I informed her that I had moved out of the unit F10 in the middle of the month March and not to charge my credit card for April. Unfortunately she did not document this information and my card was charged . Thanks to Cora she reversed the charge for me and was very professional and polite. She’s a keeper and I look forward to doing business with this company again.

DEBRA L | Experiencia generalOur experience was good and we'll certainly be back to rent again in the fall. The only thing we saw that needs addressed is the trash that gets left behind by other renters. It gets fairly messy in the hallway and outside in the grass.
