DAVID B | Experiencia generalMy name is spelled Bowen. But it is ok
DON B | Experiencia generalHad some boxes removed from storage to find they were filled with cockroaches. I had moved into the storage unit because it stated it was pest free. I certainly would not have put my items in storage if there was a chance I was fighting cockroaches after.
BROOKLYNN L | Experiencia generalVery affordable!
JAMES M | Experiencia generalIt was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly
RUBY J | Experiencia generalIf needed will use again
FRANK F | Experiencia generalEverything well managed.
JULIA K | Experiencia generalIndoc was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and explained everything no issues whatsoever. However, I reserved the unit online and it said that in doing so avoided some fees. So I was surprised with the initial admin costs to initiate the contract. Additionally I specifically rented the 5’x5’x10’ because I have a 9’ ladder and a 58” wide table. Well the ladder would not fit because the ceiling is only a little over 8’ and the depth is 3-4” under 5’ in depth. Luckily there’s a small void next to the door side jam. The width worked but the height is just wrong. The site manager did offer me an opportunity to see the unit before renting it but I didn’t expect the dimensions to be that far from the advertised size. Lesson learned.
Robert S | ReservaciónThe office manager was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and she made the process easy and was able to accommodate the transaction quickly.
Warren C | ReservaciónWe used the storage for many years and never had any issues. Nobody messed with anything and was as we left it. If we found ourselves back in that part of Fl would use again
