Truck was dirty. Dirt and broken glass had to be swept out. Dried mud could not be removed. Sticky soda pop was on the steering wheel and on the center console of the cab. The furniture pads and utility dolly I ordered were not available. I had to call around to several locations and find what I needed myself. Then this location STILL charged me for the blankets I didn't receive. And the NEXT location also charged me for the blankets I picked up there. Whoever returned the auto transport trailer tied the wheel straps up so tight that it took 30 minutes to get them untied. The air pressure on the truck tires should have been set at 110psi in cold temperature. They were all at 90psi, except for the front driver side tire which was at 60psi. When the truck was loaded, the tires were visibly under-inflated and hazardous to drive on. I had to have them filled to the correct pressure so our trip would be safe.
