This location was not open on Saturday for rental, or drop off.

I did not have any issues with the truck itself. My issue was with the mobil check in. It would not accept a photo of the back my of my license. So what was supposed to make it easier did not! I have to go get help to rent the truck. The gas amount was incorrect also. So either the people running it wanted me to put more gas in it or they dont know how to read a gas guage!!

Stop with the computerized stuff. Some people don't have access to the kind of technology required to do all your keycodes and such. It gets confusing. If there's an after-hours drop box, that should be sufficient. We WILL NOT be charged for an extra day just because we couldn't access the keycode prior to dropoff of key. The key and the unit are there. That should be sufficient.

I would NOT recommend the Carrollton, IL office, they made a terrible mess making me regret using UHaul. Thank you very much to these guys, Shelby Oil, for getting it all straightened out.

The furniture pads were all soak and wet and had leaves on them! We could not use them.

Truck wasn't clean,they wasn't ready for me .it took forever to get me checked in.was their at 8:30didn't get truck.until.9:40which I. Didn't.like .I should not have been charged so much .U need to make sure the locations are ready for people to pick up their truck .and charging me more money I had two days suppose to have had unlimited miles .so yes upset bout this rental .Truck was cleaned when returned it .gas was more than it was when I picked it up .

My issue was with UHaul not the location! I booked my truck over a month in advance. Then 2 days before pickup uhaul tries to give me a truck half the size! After calling to get that straightened out they confirm my truck and pickup location. Then the day of pickup I get a message with a completely different pickup location over 30 minutes away when the original location was just 5 minutes away! Way to suck at doing your jobs Uhaul! I will not recommend uhaul to anyone or ever use their service again! If it had not been the day I needed the truck when they changed everything making my move harder then I would have canceled and used another service.

EVERY UHAUL SCREWED US SO BAD! Over booking, paying way more for a smaller truck, not having any supply like they said they would. Not refunding me for stuff they didn’t have!!! We will NEVER use U-haul again!!!! Everyone was so rude in cape uhaul and then at this location!

Bad tire....right front. Couldn't go over 35mph with loaded trailer. State police told is to get off the highway. Side roads from southern Illinois to Chicago suck

The truck was roughest riding vehicle and it was fairly new, low mileage. Needs better shocks or something. I would not want to go long distance with it. Seats were not comfortable, would not lean back a little.

VERY nice person who set up the pick up of the rental, but box had to be swept out before I could load, BRAND new equipment

The place was filthy and the truck was dirty and smelled awful. The back was also dirty and I had to sweep it out before putting my furniture in it. I also had to pick the truck up a day early, because they told me that the man who took care of it was sick. They told me that I would not be charged extra, but now it show on my bank statement, that I paid $184!!! I thought that the rental was only $39.95 per day! I would like to know why I was charged so much!!!

Very dissatisfied truck box had something very sticky in it I had to put covers on floor Windshield had a chip right were you had to look while driving. u haul dropped down in service in my book.

Charging $1.19 per mile on top of the other charges is a little much, but other then that I was happy with renting the UHAUL truck. Thank you

Unfortunately, this location is not open on Sat. when I scheduled to pick up the trailer I rented online. I asked to rent in Carbondale, IL, but was told I had to go to West Frankfort to get a trailer. I feel that U-Haul should have delivered the trailer to the location I reserved online. I had to go a total of 60 miles out of my way and it was not open. I did manage to contact someone at the W. Frankfurt location and they were nice enough to go in and rent the trailer to me. They were very nice, efficient, helpful, and accommodating. Kudos to them. I offered a tip for their efforts but it was refused. Better communication and logistics is needed in the online process.
