The staff was fine. Our problem was with the truck leaking rain water into the cab and the main part of the truck storage area. We drove through heavy rains for 2 days and had water dripping on us inside the cab. When we unloaded the truck at our destination, we found damp furniture pads and water that had seeped into some of our belongings.MARGARET L.

Described the overcharge for a third day; non- responsive, just gave it a shrug. In previous rentals in years past, UHaul had more of a "what do you need for your move, how can we help" attitude. You wouldn't charge for another day within reason. We're talking loading and driving 350 miles here...while and after emptying and final cleaning a house... it's a moving out process, a lot of work!steve S.

Woman at counter (seemed like the shop's owner) wasn't able to figure out how to select my desired drop-off location on the website. She picked one over 50 miles away.
