The overall service was exemplary to say the least. But the period that is used to prepare incoming trucks seems to take precedence over everything else ,so in turn customer service takes a back seat. NOT GOOD.AKBAR Y.

I was given the wrong ball mount for my trailer. They hooked it up without telling me or even noticing. It was basically dragging on the ground. It is really unsafe to send people off like that and it put me a day behind schedule because I had to wait for uhaul to open the next day, get the correct ball mount, then unmount the trailer and remount it to the new one. I also had to purchase two ball mounts due to this error. And I paid for furniture pads which they did not give me.KALI M.

Not realizing the gas tank wasn't full when I picked up the truck (the gauge wasn't clear to me if it was full or an eighth under full), I then filled the truck at the end of the day. When I picked up, I took a photo of the tank and submitted it with the pre checkout like I was texted. Honestly, it was a long day and I was tired, so remembering that the tank may or may not have been full wasn't on my mind when filling. The person I dropped off too said it wasn't a problem and I would be credited the extra. The credit didn't appear. I called in and was told nothing could be done. This is frustrating. If it was overfilled by a gallon, I wouldn't care, but this was 5 gallons extra. Otherwise, everything else about the experience went well.Garrett V.

Inside store was clean and in great condition. The outside parking area is not fenced and there were homeless and other unfortunate souls wandering through the lot. We watched a drug deal happen in the lot when we returned the truck after hours. The van we rented had a mostly clean interior, except for some trash in the doors. It ran without any problems. The outside was beat up and dented. The online check in with the app was slow and cumbersome and it took over an hour to check out our van at the U-Haul store.Patrick S.

My only complaint is I was 2 hours past my return time. A agent from this location called me when I was expected back. I shared with her what had caused me to miss my return time. I shared with her I needed 2 more hours to return my vehicle. I was emailed a copy of my bill. Here is the complaint. I was charged for another 24 hour period. This is a very expensive 2 hours. I hope that local uhaul agents have some discretion that perhaps it would show good customer relations and not charge me for another full day. I have used U-Haul for a good many years. I drove about 20 miles to where I was loading the rental trailer. After loading, I noticed one of the trailer tires looked visibly low. 5 miles from any gas station I had to drive to a gas station and get air for the tire. It was on 10 psi before I filled it up.Andrew P.

This location was assigned to me when I specifically asked at my pick up to be able to choose. The representative I spoke with said they had issued my truck to someone already and would issue a $50 to my credit card upon receiving the equipment.
