This is the second time I've used U-Haulâ€¦ both times I've gotten charged for more miles than I drove and this time I also got double charged for the rental fee? I've contacted U-Haul customer service, sent pictures over of the mileage from the start that didn't reflect U-Haul's claimed start mileage, and the customer service rep said I got double charged for rental fee and this still hasn't gotten refunded nor has the extra miles I did not drive. Nothing that was unsatisfactory was in their control. They speak with a very heavy accent and it was challenging to have a fluent conversation. However, they were very polite and understanding. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my personal car at that location, it's not in the safest neighborhood. My car wasnt touched and overall it wasn't an unpleasant experience.Kristin L.
