The left ramp on the trailer has a strap missing making it very difficult to extract the ramp. The ramp is also very difficult to return to storage. The ratchet straps are rusted and hard to operate - nothing like what is shown in the You Tube videos. Overall, I was just thankful to find a trailer for rent and made do with what was available.

When finished with rental, the 800 number let's you know where to drop off rental. It would be nice to know the hours of business at drop off. Self check out was easy and convenient. I felt a little guilty leaving the rental with an unsecured car dolly at the drop off location due to the shorten business hours on Saturday. I sure it was no problem, but I could have made the opened hours had I known ahead of time.

Make checking in equipment after hours a little easier. It was dark where I had to park the truck and then I got asked 50 questions and take pics, etc. I just feel check the check in procedure was a little much. Overall, good customer service and will recommend and use again.

Again, a location with excellent people!! I don't care about the location as much as the people and I'll drive a few extra miles to know I'll be dealing with friendly people.

It seemed there was a problem with accessing the U-Haul website. We did get my rental accomplished, but it took longer and I knew the agent was getting frustrated with the online problem. However, everyone was very pleasant and my moving experience was very good.

Again, drove to Wirtco to drop off the truck and trailer. Girl behind the counter, "we can't accept the trailer here - just the truck"....Really? She made no effort to accommodate. Took truck and trailer to Rockin R Self Storage and gentleman there was great. Very helpful and congenial.

After my experience at the pick up location, it was great to have such a nice experience at the drop off location.

When we made the reservation online, the pickup location was in Amarillo, but when we got there to pick it up the truck was damaged with a huge whole in the roof. So he had to call to find another 15ft truck and the closest one was in Canyon TX, a good 30 min drive from the original pick up location. The people at both locations were great, but it was very in handy to have to drive on to Canyon.

Bad physical location to drop off after hours. Not a dedicated space. The office is in the middle of a strip mall. I just parked out back in a spot, turned in online and left a voicemail letting them know there was an unsecured trailer out back for them. Left lots on pictures online. I've met the guys before during working hours, they are great people, just complicated location for trailers and trucks.
