Horrible communication. I moved out in August of 2022, took the until May 16, 2023 to clear and close my account. That was after numerous emails and phone calls, as they were still charging my account. I could never get in touch with the “manager”, they changed many times, the code to the front gate was never the same, had trouble getting into and out of my units. I would not recommend this facility.
