Jevan H | ReservaciónOur move into the storage facility went very smoothly and trouble-free. From the start, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The storage facility was very clean and our move-in went very well. We're very glad we found this storage facility and recommend it completely.
Judith R | ReservaciónEveryone was very helpful and we ended up getting a bigger unit and was glad we did. I am glad that they have cameras everywhere and the ground guy was very nice. Thanks to everyone that helped us out.
Leslie A | ReservaciónExcellent customer service
JESSE T | Experiencia generalThank you. Parma self storage has the best management. We appreciate everything you have done.
Denise S | Experiencia generalGreat facility Great people will use them again and recommend them to others needing storage space
Myron P | Experiencia generalThis facility is nice and clean, and can be easily accessed with moving trucks of all sizes. The only issue is the price. It's a bit higher than even some larger temperature controlled units in the area, and they had just gone up on the price. Either way, it was secure, easy, and convenient. It got the job done, and I left satisfied.
Brandon L | Experiencia generalEverybody was awesome
John D | Experiencia generalFor people that work 2nd shift it hard for us to get there before work . It would be helpful to close the gates at midnight
Jason K | Experiencia generalWouldn’t use another storage facility. Access times were perfect, never a glitch, staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll be back if I ever need some extra space. No question.
