Amanda M | Reservation1.Zero or limited office hours is very inconvenient, and actually, nuts. 2. Someone sent an email with new entry code info following a change to the keypad equipment. The info I received provided the wrong entry point for my unit, as well as incorrect instructions for what the new code was- my guess was either written by a drunk or a very young kid. Ridiculous. 3. The jamb of the 36” exit door nearest my unit, was not securely nailed /affixed to structural member. I have no doubt that with a flat bar and a moderate pull, the door unit could easily be displaced to easily allow entry into the climate controlled area. This was the state of the door unit for 15+ months that I can attest to. Reeks of unawareness and/or uncaring re the physical integrity of the property. Poorly run/managed facility and I have/will continue to warn others of it’s sorry state, and certainly won’t use it again myself.

Summer R | Overall ExperienceWhen I arrived at the storage facility, I put in the drive through gate code I was sent when I rented the unit and it did not work. The gate wouldn’t have opened anyway because it had a lock on it. I called them and they told me to put in the code at the walk in door. It did not work either. I called back and was given another code and it did work. This was the only way to access my unit so I had to take my things through the walk in door which is much slimmer than the pull up doors that are by the storage units themselves which I couldn’t access because the drive through gate was locked. Therefore I had to take my big furniture that I couldn’t fit through the walk in door back to the place where I was moving from and leave it because the Uhaul truck had to be turned in the next morning which was a Sunday. I was told by this storage company that no one is ever on site to assist customers and everything is handled over the phone and no one would be there to unlock the drive through gate. I have lost a lot of my expensive furniture that was to large to fit through the walk in door and now I can’t get back into my old place to get my furniture. There was also a couple there with their loaded moving truck having the same issue.
LORI H | ReservationI moved out of my unit December 28 . I called to let them know I was out, they took out a payment for January from my bank account and refuse to contact me. I have called four times about this matter. Someone needs to take care of this. I was in unit E15.
