I had my unit paid in advance, (due to the fact they double charged me and wouldn’t refund me my money) and they still managed to disable my access code and lost records of me having a unit on the property. After my 3rd call to the corporate office I was given a temporary code to enter and 24 hours later they restored my account. Just to sum it all up.

The kiosk was not working properly and we could not understand each other then the customer service person has technical difficulties and gave me a number to call. The security of the facility was such that a car could not get in but by the security gate. But there is an opening that anyone could access inside the fence next to the unattended office. I do appreciate the use of the facility it was convenient for me and nothing bad happened over the 13 months I rented there . Just frustrating the one time I needed help the facilities dis not work.

Gerald L | Overall ExperienceIn the entire time I had the storage unit I never seen or spoke with anyone. The office was closed due to covid which I understand. I was able to rent the unit at the kiosk without contact with anyone. I paid with auto pay monthly without contact. But for some reason when I wanted to stop renting I couldn't do that through the kiosk and I was told I needed to provide written notice of leaving by the 20th of the month. I moved out on the 13th and put a hand written not in the Dropbox at the office door. Hopefully this is enough. Possibly add the ability to end the rental agreement through the kiosk. Thank You... I called back and I was told that there was nothing else available in the size I needed. I have received an email that I moved out, and it was dated one day after I paid for my unit but I'm still waiting on my refund because I never m9ved in - not even for one day.
