Owners never apologized when someone random cut off my lock at one point and put a ace one to where my daughter couldn't get into one day and had to buy another lock to put on. They refunded for both locks but they could have apologized and done more. Everytime I called they wouldn't answer and I had to leave a message. Angela was never real friendly towards me or my daughter via email. They finally put a fence up with a code when they should have in the first place with cameras. Random trash would be around our unit and others next to ours. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to our experience with the place and the staff/owners.
