Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJust moved out of my storage unit after having it for 3 years. The improvements in all aspects over the years was tremendous. It’s been my experience with the chain rental places that once you rent a unit, any customer service goes out the window. Knapp Sisters has an after hours number that they actually answer and are reactive to any needs. They also have on site new employees cleaning and maintaining the grounds. On top of all that, they are less expensive than the chain places and have many U-haul products to use, not just one or two. Highly recommend.

Janet C | Experiencia generalI receive excellent service from one employee tried to help me as much as he could, but I lost a lot of my personal goods due to the rats so that would be one of the reasons I wouldn’t recommend at this time unless the problem with the rats has been taken care of I was a tent for a very long time and another reason I wouldn’t recommend I was charged twice a month for a while I would like to say thank y’all very much

Heidi H | Experiencia generalMost of the time I had a storage unit here I could not access it 24/7, as they advertised. Primarily I could only access my storage unit during their office open hours. This was very limiting. When I first got a unit, they were out of the special faubs that would open the gates & I could only access my unit during their office open hours. It was months later before I got one. They quite often had trouble with their gate system and had to physically keep it open themselves mainly during their office open hours. This did not provide good security for the storage units.

Edward B | ReservaciónAsked repeatedly for the storage area to be cleaned. Trash everywhere. The unit behind our unit had an interior light on 24/7. Made.our unit extremely warm and just miserable in the summer. No one ever fix that and or called me to.diecuss complaint.
