Jackie J | Overall ExperienceI only rented a unit for a few months because My storage unit was broken into, with damage to my property and items stolen. They never called to tell me about this and when I finally was able to get ahold of the office. She just said she would check my file. They also just shut the door to my unit and didn’t even attempt to resecure my outdoor unit! I made a police report, they said this happens all of the time here and they never contact the police. I’m very disappointed with this business. I definitely would not recommend using this facility. The people were nice, but that doesn’t outweigh their incompetence.
