The only bad experience was that we used the bathroom in the office at checkout and the employee said they weren't for customers. There are two bathrooms with signs for female and male and no signage saying not for public use. Other than that the facility is great.

LORI A | Experiencia generalPlace is very clean. And staff very friendly and helpful.
Chris R | Experiencia generalHad the storage unit for over 2 years and for a short time previously. The absurd decline in cleanliness, security, and communication is absolutely unfounded. For the past year there has been a rampant mold concern and never once did the facility reach out to notify. The mold growth in the inner hallways and numerous empty units clearly shows the awareness, but never once did the facility reach out to notify, only collect rent. For a "climate controlled" facility, this is a documented failure on what is required. A pathetic notice on the door that doors are to remain closed is egregiously tone deaf and lacking accountability. There has never been a single visit to the unit where the doors were left open (but also don't require a code). Something as minor as doors being open for a few hours during moves should not be enough to compromise an entire facility. Also, it was identified last year (and I spoke personally to the staff) that the doors surrounding the building no longer needed codes to enter, only the fence, and this is still not fixed. The amount of work and time necessary to claim half of my destroyed belongings from overgrowth of mold and filth was not worth the value of getting what I could salvage out as soon as able. My collected rent, along with those that also use the facility, should've been used to repair the facility, not place the blame on the tenants. Unforgivable.

SPENCER S | Experiencia generalVery accommodating
Dennis R | Experiencia generalThe people that work at the storage unit are nice and easy to work with. On the other hand, we rented a “climate controlled” unit and had our belongings in it from the first of July to the first of September and when we came to get it out, we found mold on over half of our belongings. We didn’t put anything with moisture in the unit with our belongings and you can see on the back wall of the unit where water or some other liquid had leaked in through the ceiling. Make sure if you decide to go with this storage unit that you get insurance covering your belongings.
Sarah H | Experiencia generalI put my things in the storage unit on March 30. 2025 and when I went to retrieve them on August 22, 2025 they were covered with mold and smelled terrible, I was able to salvage some things, but I did take a loss, I lost my bed frame, mattress, luggage, lawn chairs comforters, fashion accessories, pillows, sheets, clothing, stuffed animals, shoes, etc. in the meantime, I had fell behind in my payments, approximately two months (my payments were 45.00 a month) I was charged two late fees totaling 40.00 and they placed a lien on my property for 75.00, so all together I was charged 115.00 in late fees. I was and am struggling financially, I let management know that I was disabled and receiving disability payments and I asked for some leniency regarding the 75.00 lien ( I had to borrow money to pay for the storage) and he did not work with me on that, I was told that my things would be auctioned off, I told the manager that I didn’t have the money to pay for the all of the late fees and lien, and I told him just to go ahead and auction off everything in my storage unit to satisfy my overdue account because it was getting out of hand with all of the added fees , for a total of 205.00 of (this is before I found out about the mold damage) the manager then changed his tune and he was passive aggressive and condescending in his approach, he then told me that if I couldn’t pay and left the things in storage that I would be charged for the removal, and any other fees and that this debt would affect my credit. I was able to come up with the money to pay 205.00, however, the actual storage rent was 90.00 for two months, but by the time they added extra fees I owed them 205.00 which was overwhelming and excessive in my opinion, as I was already struggling financially and on a fixed income , and to add insult to injury I suffered a major loss and had to throw most of my things away due to mold and mildew in the storage unit …I have renters insurance, but I will not file a claim on this, I feel like it’s the responsibility of the storage company to maintain the temperature inside their storage units so as to prevent or reduce humidity which causes and breeds mold…I would not recommend this place to anyone for the storage of anything, the place is clean and well maintained, however, the humidity is excessive and that is problematic.

ANGELO T | Experiencia generalI was highly satisfied. This unit filled my need for storage of classroom items over the summer I a climate controlled area
april b | Experiencia generalThe exit gate was sometimes out of order. The door to my enclosed area was sometimes unlocked and sometimes left propped open when I arrived. There were times I tried to access the facility, only to discover that it had closed. When I moved out, I missed the notice by one day and was charge a full month of rent. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
