I really enjoyed parking here however, the pricing is just not affordable what so ever for long term parking. I bothered me that you kept upping me rent even after I have been there for yrs to get up to your current prices!! Where's the loyalty to long term customers.

Brent H | Overall ExperienceWhile my vehicle was parked here, it was entered illegally along with seven other cars. The facility pretty. much said oh well, that'll be $250 a month, too bad. They did tell me they increased security but somehow when I picked the car up, there were items in the car that didn't belong to me, meaning that the illegal entering continued. No one was mean or rude throughout but grossly unhelpful.

I especially loved the shuttle service. If I need to store a vehicle again. I hope I can find a space at Diamond Storage. Merry Christmas to all of you.

Signed up for rental and they said I would be contacted within 24hr to do meet up at loc for move in. Agent never called back. Made contact with office 5 times and stated each time they were sending messages to agent (Annette) who wood call me. Never happened. This company has no follow thru in making contact and don't even know how they are in business. Contacted other company and they had excellent customer service and took care of my needs.
