Actually I can't think of anything. when I picked up my truck he was very helpful, respectful and polite. When I returned the truck, they were, again, very helpful, respectful and polite. thank youMARIE D.
My experience renting here was horrible. I chose the "mobile" version for pickup and that was the worst experience I've ever had at a Uhaul. It was giving me issues from the moment I got to the location for pickup. I then I asked the person at the counter if he could just check me in at the counter instead to avoid the pain but he told me that since I have started it on the mobile there was nothing he can do. I continued to follow all the prompts of the mobile checkin process only to be given the runaround for about 45 minutes. I then checked with the person at the counter and he said to his colleague, just rent it to him as a walk in and that resolved my issue. I was glad that I finally got my truck but at the same time frustrated that there was clearly something he could have done from the first moment I asked him instead of waiting 45 minutes to help me. I'm not sure if the issue was their system, the location, the people or all combined, but my experience was a terrible one.Dagmawi T.

The outside storage was unorganized and looked like trash. I had to find a place to store my boat because my neighborhood would not allow me to bpark in the driveway. I only had the storage for 3 months and they told me they would no longer store boats and RVs because of renovations. A huge disappointment for me, it’s difficult to have to find a place to store a boat when I thought I had already had a place.Pamela R. | Overall Experience

The lady working was so rude and disrespectful. We asked if we could leave our uhaul in the parking lot for a bit and when we asked for clarification on where to park it she said â€˜Sweetheart he already told you twice where to park it' in such a condescending way. When we arrived to drop the keys off she wouldn't look up at us and just sat there shaking her head the entire time. She should really find a job elsewhere if she hates hers so much. So unnecessary to treat a customer that way when we wanted to ensure we weren't disrupting business by parking in the incorrect location. I'll be sure to drive out of my way next time to not deal with her.ANDREW S.

The truck I was given was prob the oldest truck in your fleet. It was loud, very bumby and squeaky, like it had no shocks. The paint was peeling off the entire exterior of the truck and the area used to transport our furniture appeared dirty and we had to cover the floors B4 putting our furniture in there.Gregory B.

The truck was in rough shape (service engine light on and interior worn out). I returned the truck filled to the fuel level it was rented at and the app wouldn't let me show it at the same level and charged me for the fuel I just purchased then the location was closed so I couldn't talk to anyone.PAUL T.

Besides the trash everywhere around the storage lot, the gate constantly had issues and nobody would answer the intercom. That then forced me on multiple occasions to wait in the long line of people picking up trucks just to have somebody help me get the gate open. Only 2 out of multiple people I’ve interacted with there (manager and a guy named Nate) had a positive attitude. The drivers mirror was not tight. Kept changing positions when driving over bumps. The interior of vehicle was not clean. Smelled like a locker room. A broken plastic hanger and previous contract were in cab. The winds head dirty both inside and out. I got along fine with the employees that helped me out. They were friendly to me mostly because I did my paperwork ahead of time. The guys in line in front of me were not as prepared and I saw one Uhaul associate roll their eyes because the customer wasn't ready. The other associate seemed pretty aloof with their head down in front of the monitor. The truck was fine, but it still had cigarette butts in the ash try. No big deal, the cab just stunk. I really had a good customer experience but it didn't look like anyone else did. It was also weird that I got a truck that was in at 1/4 tank. Usually I fill up past where I'm supposed to, so the next guy won't have to worry about running out of gas. I actually did worry out of running out. Not a big deal, but just one more thing I had to worry about. Finally the after hours drop off instructions on the door had a bad web address. I spent too much time trying to figure that out. I've moved 15+ times over the years - this was a rough experience. Not the absolute worst but definitely not the best by a long shot.John Scott M.

I had the worst experience. The manager Noel Marrin was Awful.l from my pick up location. I went back and forth 5 times to finally get my u pod. On top of that, the manager was rude to communicate to. Almost all stuff I had in the pod were broken (couch, shelf, bed, couch). I had the absolute worst experience.amman K.

When I picked up the truck I was told to go find it in the rain in a spot where there were no trucks. I then followed the employee around the entire property in the rain until the truck could be found. Not sure why they could t just go find the truck and pull it up for me?? I interacted with an employee for drop-off of the auto transport, and it was a very positive experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I dropped off the truck after hours. While I appreciated very much the ability to do the self drop-off, it was a little time-consuming to work through all the steps. Making brooms available after hours to sweep out the trucks would be very helpful. I had to improvise to get this done, which added a lot of time. There was another guy there at the same time who was truly struggling to work through the mobile app, which was not functioning properly for him.Brian G.

Upon entering the facility the staff did not greet me. They looked very annoyed and unwilling to help me. It seemed that I was inconveniencing them to reserve a storage unit. The staff was not helpful and do not answer the phones or if they do, they put you on hold for over 30 min several times and then do not get back to me which is very disrespectful. The storage area they gave me was a dump, underwater, trash everywhere, old mattresses, dog feces, broken glass, all kinds of trash. I moved all of my things out and they continue to charge me for the storage unit when it was empty for 2 weeks prior to my move out date. I am still getting letters saying I owe money that I do not owe anything?? Seriously I would never use or recommend U-Haul again to anyone unless they change some things and clean up the junkyard. I was disappointed in the level of service and poor conditions for my valuable furniture. I am a very fair person and I only say the facts because I don’t like to say bad things about anyone or anything, but this experience was one of my worst thus so far as moving is already enough stressful enough and adding poor service and conditions just makes it even more stressful. I get robbed on my trailer 2 TIMES!!!! I call managers, customer service and no one help me out. They take out a lot of stuff from the trailer. I was paying for security and i dont receive NONE OF THAT. I was really mad at the service, the employees see me at the office and dont help me out at all with the situation. I do two police reports and still not getting a compensation for all that inget robbed on the trailer. They said that they dont have footage for that days... i was really angry. While the inside office was clean and the employees friendly and helpful, Where my storage unit was located, the grounds were filthy with trash, empty medicine bottles, beer cans, etc. I actually had to sweep in front of my unit so I could open the door. Had I known that it was going to be that disgusting I would have rented somewhere else. First day using my storage unit, they assigned me one that had items in it. The unit I was reassigned would not align with the lock part so I couldn’t use the lock I purchased, in the correct spot. Customer service is horrible everytime. Doesn’t matter if I come in for boxes or something else.. there’s no greeting. They ignore you even when they are not with a customer. Everytime I come to this location, the staff never greets any of the customers. Even if there’s a short wait (when they are not with customers) nobody says they’ll be with you in a moment or even acknowledges you’re standing there. The transactions at the counter are always very monotone and awkward. Yesterday I was there because I had a reservation for a storage unit. The unit I was assigned was half open and still had items in there. I was assigned a new unit and luckily that one was empty. No apology at the counter. Just a new sheet of paper with my new unit number. The staff is worse than the workers at the post office. Told that my access was 24/7( Posted on the gate). Get up their after hours in freezing weather and had no access. My vehicle was inside so I had to leave there walking. You haul customer service( While I was freezing) Would not Grant my access until they somehow contacted the general manager of the u-haul location where my vehicle was. Otherwise I was going to have to wait until 5:00 a.m. when he came in. This turned in to about a 2 hour ordeal when I was finally granted a pass cold that would let me into the storage.
