26 ft trucks are in very bad shape mechanically, a lot of damages in the truck very loud and noisy to operate the trucks. Worst truck rental experience. Also the exterior is in very bad shap. Awesome staff! When I arrived I had to pick up a trailer wiring harness. The location was out of stock but they offered several options where I could pick it up that night. One of the employees had a stick up his ass. Older guy. He was extremely rude with other people when I picked up the truck, and upon returning he yelled at us... Barely seconds after I pulled into the truck drop off, and got on my phone to do the checkout process, he was repeatedly yelling at us "Get out! Go home!" like we were kids on his lawn or something. He kept doing it, over and over. What a cunt. The other employees where all helpful, though disorganized but that's expected sometimes, however the rude old prick is inexcusable. The location I reserved a truck from didn't have the truck so I was sent 15 miles out of my way to rent a truck larger than what I needed. Still had to return it to the same location that was an additional 15 miles away. So I was stuck with a truck that definitely needs a new transmission, supper inconvenient and cost me more in gas and mileage than I budgeted for. (29.00+20 miles max total) I only moved from 17436 Fleming street apt.111 Noblesville In 46060 to 15268 Radiance Drive Noblesville in 46060. You do the math. I was ripped off. Reserving a truck was simple and fast. But upon picking up a truck and having to spend 20-30 min inspecting the van before we pull out of the lot takes time. But this isn't the first time we've had to go back in and reserve another truck because of uncleanness. Oil laying in the bed of the van, dirty, upholstered seats and so forth. We've observed at the locations we've been to recently how they clean them. Definitely not cleaning to covid regulations. Spray a cloth and lighty wipe off dashboard in spots is not cleaned the way they should be cleaned. Not swept out! Unfortunately we have need of services such as yours, but they're other options. The location is nice and always have availability, however the customer service is very weak. I have been here about 3 times for the past 6 months, and everytime I was not welcomed warmly. So, the location was fine and the employees were actually very helpful, but the uhaul app is horrible and I would never do self check in and out again. You couldn't click to upload pictures of the damage or gas amount. My gas said 1/4 tank is what it was on and the actual gas in the truck was 1/8 at best, they gave it to me with the gas light on reading 48 miles to empty, like seriously? . I couldn't upload a picture to prove it so I had to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas! This is my worst experience renting a truck, and it was nothing major, but I wouldn't use uhaul again until they sort out the app situation and I would definitely do in person pick up in store not the app.Cole W.

Told that my access was 24/7( Posted on the gate). Get up their after hours in freezing weather and had no access. My vehicle was inside so I had to leave there walking. You haul customer service( While I was freezing) Would not Grant my access until they somehow contacted the general manager of the u-haul location where my vehicle was. Otherwise I was going to have to wait until 5:00 a.m. when he came in. This turned in to about a 2 hour ordeal when I was finally granted a pass cold that would let me into the storage. I only had my trailer parked there for about 3 months but on multiple occasions I arrived to find someone else's items all over my parking space. There had to be moved before I could access my trailer. What made me cancel the space was when my trailer was vandalized and locks cut. I really enjoyed having somewhere to hold my things for a year while downsizing. Before moving my things in storage the unit was clean. My unit was easily accessible even with a huge truck.
