I've yet to receive my emailed receipt that they said they would send. Also, truck was parked in a row behind multiple trucks and blocked in. Had to be awkwardly backed out and find my way out on my own.Gregory B.
The ac on the truck barely worked, it took 25 monutes for the cab to not be hot and be comfortable but it never felt like the ac was actually working. I had a extremely hard time checking the truck in the app is complete garage. I doubt i will ever use uhaul again after this experienceDustin D.

The time I spent on the phone and in-store being passed around from associate to associate was frustrating. I tried to call the store directly but would be kicked out to the corporate number and the process would start all over. The online tools never seemed to work if things had to change with our moving plan. Overall a very frustrating process with how much time spent but happy everything arrived safely.Matt B.

They were very busy when I arrived, but were thorough and friendly throughout without making you feel rushed. The rental of storage was a breeze and they were incredibly accommodating!Chris W.
Return experience via the app was not great. I could not get the app to accept my pic of the odometer and had to leave the truck and drop the keys in the overnight drop without being able to complete the return via the app. I still do not have a copy of a receipt showing the charges.MIKE K.
They did not have the truck we selected to rent. Online check in is a waste of time. We checked in almost all the way to be told we need assistance. My mother had the same issue months prior at Uhaul. Makes no sense to have online check in if you have to go inside and talk to someone.LEAH C.

The Asian I had when I recently went into the store was rude and dismissive, she did not give me any paperwork or instructions. There was a RIDICULOUSLY LONG LINE to check in and we arrived 15 minutes before the store opened. Perhaps you should warn people ahead of time that there will be a long line at 9 AM and advise that they choose a later time to avoid waiting.Rita K.

I originally booked to pick up the van in another location, however the vehicle I booked was unavailable. The staff there at the keystone location, were amazing and found me one castleton. When I arrived, there was chit chat and picture sharing among the staff, I wasn't really acknowledged and it was clear I was interrupting. I had completed all of my check in online, but was asked do it again. I also asked for a dolly and I believe I paid for it, but when I arrived to my destination there wasn't one in the vehicle. While I should have checked before I left, it should have been in the vehicle as well. I am very confused about the mileage situation as well. I estimated at the beginning but no one checked it at the end. So if I was under that mileage amount shouldn't I receive a refund for unused miles? If over I would gladly pay as well, but I estimated higher so that wouldn't happen.JENNIFER H.

I went into the store the customer service was terrible. They did not want to answer questions , when they did answer questions they were condescending. The right brake light was not working. However, the real issue is that your online check in is worthless. We have tried the online check in app/process several times and it has actually cost us more time than waiting in line every single time. For the 2 years we had this storage building we didn't have access to pay online because our profile said we didn't have a storage room. So our payments we messed up all the time and the staff wasn't always helpful. It was annoying and the reason we left uhaul and went with a different company.Cameron K. | Overall Experience

i feel was misled and unfairly informed/charged yesterday when i returned my rental truck. when the guy asked how many miles I'd be driving i said "i have no idea, like 40? maybe more I'm not sure..." when i returned the truck i had gone 53 miles and was charged an additional $12.02 when i called to ask why the guy said because i had said 40 and then gone over i got charged. i said "so if i had guessed 80, 100 or 1,000... any number way over what i expected and i wouldn't have been charged anything?!?" he said yes. this is incredibly ridiculous and unfair. if they know I'll be charged if i go over (and i clearly said i wasn't sure on the mileage) good customer service would dictate that they recommend i go with a higher estimate to be safe, unless they're working on commission...? ðŸ¤” pretty garbage way of doing business.BRIAN M.

Our truck broke down and I have tried numerous times to contact them and can NEVER get through to anyone. I am still waiting for a call from a manager after numerous attempts at a refund for this terrible situation. It is a never ending cycle of being passed around and being put into 45 min long hold times. Promises are never kept. No one seems to have the authority to make any decisions. One employee apologized for being put through this and said it is typical. I still have the truck key over a week later! No one seems to care to make this right. Do not use U-haul.COURTNEY D.

While the inside office was clean and the employees friendly and helpful, Where my storage unit was located, the grounds were filthy with trash, empty medicine bottles, beer cans, etc. I actually had to sweep in front of my unit so I could open the door. Had I known that it was going to be that disgusting I would have rented somewhere else. First day using my storage unit, they assigned me one that had items in it. The unit I was reassigned would not align with the lock part so I couldn't use the lock I purchased, in the correct spot. Customer service is horrible everytime. Doesn't matter if I come in for boxes or something else.. there's no greeting. They ignore you even when they are not with a customer. Everytime I come to this location, the staff never greets any of the customers. Even if there's a short wait (when they are not with customers) nobody says they'll be with you in a moment or even acknowledges you're standing there. The transactions at the counter are always very monotone and awkward. Yesterday I was there because I had a reservation for a storage unit. The unit I was assigned was half open and still had items in there. I was assigned a new unit and luckily that one was empty. No apology at the counter. Just a new sheet of paper with my new unit number. The staff is worse than the workers at the post office. Told that my access was 24/7( Posted on the gate). Get up their after hours in freezing weather and had no access. My vehicle was inside so I had to leave there walking. You haul customer service( While I was freezing) Would not Grant my access until they somehow contacted the general manager of the u-haul location where my vehicle was. Otherwise I was going to have to wait until 5:00 a.m. when he came in. This turned in to about a 2 hour ordeal when I was finally granted a pass cold that would let me into the storage. I only had my trailer parked there for about 3 months but on multiple occasions I arrived to find someone else's items all over my parking space. There had to be moved before I could access my trailer. What made me cancel the space was when my trailer was vandalized and locks cut. I really enjoyed having somewhere to hold my things for a year while downsizing. Before moving my things in storage the unit was clean. My unit was easily accessible even with a huge truck.
