This is my second rental from this location that has something very wrong with it. First time the mirrors were broken, now the blinkers didn't work. Also, my car got hit in the parking lotâ€" yes I understand they don't take responsibility/liability for damage but would have appreciated a call after what had to be a very loud crash. The truck steering was so loose very difficult to maintain lane. There was a a huge dent near rear drivers back tire, noise coming from this area. The hand truck I rented wasn't in the vehicleKimberly J.

Loves the people - very friendly and helpful. The process was simple using the app. Everything was there. The only issue was that the lot was small - lots of activity during mid-day returns and I was sure someone was going to hit someone else. But that's a real estate issue! I-Haul has come a long way. The truck smelled like cigarettes and marijuana combined. I had to keep my mask on at all times while driving it and the smell even stayed in my clothes. Pretty disgusting.LINA M.
Trailer had missing parts. Staff was rude and uninformed. I asked for insurance on the reservation and at the time of pickup only to find out that it wasn't added when I dropped off the trailer. I reserved a cargo van on Thursday for Saturday. Came in 2hrs prior to initial to reserve time to put card on file. They told the the time would start soon as I put card on file. Said that's fine, I stated I'll be back later to pick the van up. They said ok. Time started at 9am-7am the return time. I returned to pick the van up at 3pm. They cancelled my slot time and gave van away. Even tho they were able to accommodate me with a small box truck. That wasn't what I wanted to use. Even if they would of called and communicated or followed up. That would have been more acceptable, than just to cancel my order.PRESTIEVE L.

I was charged way more when I returned the truck. An safe move fee was charged to my total. I pick the truck up at 6:20 and I was still told to return it at 9:45. I return the truck at 10:15 and my price went from $55 to 116. That is absolutely ridiculous.REBECCA W.
Customer service is very slow. On Saturday afternoon there is just one customer service associate. I went there to pick a van up last Saturday at 6 pm. I arrived 15 min early but I left those premises with the Van at 6:45 pm. I waisted 1 hour there. How ridiculous was that!!!. I have done all the procedure to rent that Van on the internet days ago but, the customer service girl at that moment told me I had to do most of the procedure again. Come onnnnnn!!!! On the other hand, the vehicle had more miles than the document said and I found the vehicle at different place that the pictures showed so I had to accept the vehicle condition with those different pictures to leave that place. Woooo... Another issue is... Most of the internet connection does not work properly there. The signal is very weak. So be prepared when you go to this place.Fabian L.

Staff was very slow. I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.Alice C. | First Impressions

I was dissatisfied with the explanation of the card entry for every visit. The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn't help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.Aline G. | First Impressions

Arrived at closing time but website said 24hr drop off. A couple staff persons were there after I was able to find them. The cleaning people were there and were rude as hell as well as one of the male staff personnel. I asked him where I should drop the trailer and all he said was we are closed and walked off. A female staff person walked up and helped me. She told me where to drop it and helped me take the trailer off my vehicle and she explained doing the self check in and left. Not a very good first impression besides the female staff person. She was helpful. Again, in today's world is being polite and helpful too much to ask for?? Doubt I will ever use Uhaul again.Michael R.

Everything with the facility was fine. Up until my card was charged twice when I moved out. I get the $50 fee for them cutting the lock. But, I was told I didn't need to sign anything. I didn't have to take pictures, & I would be emailed my move out letter. I don't recall seeing that email, but was billed twice. I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months. One would think I would be treated a little better than what I was. I will never as long as I live ever use Uhaul again.Robert N. | Overall Experience

I made my reservation on line very easy steps I went to pick up the truck to the location and the process was fast ..it took me no more than 15 minutes to get out of the location driving the truck I have not complain at all , very professional people working at the location as the people that take care of you on line I'm very pleased with the service and the price thanks u-haul .Hector B.

First off, I came in there to get a storage. I bought a lock "from them" Went to make my first payment and my payment was double. I begin to dispute the charges, no one could help me. I came back the next day with my husband and we were told they had to cut the lock because we did lock the storage door right, and it was open so they charged us to cut the lock. A complete lie because my husband and I checked the door before we left. The conclusion came to, we can take off the price for the lock but still have to charge an additional $50 for cutting the lock. Um, we bought the lock from them so they didn't do anything in our favor. And, no one did not put in notes that we cancelled our storage so I received an email stating I would be charged $15 late fee when we had already moved out of their storage two weeks prior to me getting the email.
