semeria C.Even though we fuel the truck the amount that we used (back to the middle of the fuel indicator), we were charged 12.65 for 2 GL. Also, the mirrors were moving easily when driving the truck. this is very dangerous, so this truck needs to be fixed before the next persons drives it.
Charlie C.My original pickup location was supposed to be the location on Hewatt Rd. I got a call from a very nice customer service man (I can't remember his name but he was delightful) saying that they didn't have the truck for me, but that this location did. My original reservation was a one way trip and was to be dropped off at a location in sandy springs. The very nice customer service man reassured me that was still the case, that it was still a one way trip. However, when I got to the location to pick up my truck, they said that it had to be round trip because it wasn't ‘in town' or whatever that means. The drop off location that I was supposed to have was not even 35 minutes away from where I was picking the truck up. I paid $40 MORE than I should have had to. I want a refund for whatever the difference was. The people at this uhaul location did nothing to help me and shrugged me off. I will not be using uhaul again unless I get that money back and there be a contact reaching out to me.

Sharon W.I reserved a truck for noon, got to the location and they didn't have a truck til 3:30. Went back at 3:30 and they didn't have the appliance dolly that I reserved. Went back on next day to get appliance dolly and they still did not have one. I couldn't get to anyone by phone. I stayed on hold for 50 mins, then the call dropped.
Pete H.First trailer was hooked up and found to have a bad taillight. Second trailer was OK. Otherwise, all OK. Received text message/call a couple hours after pick up and could not review them as was in heavy traffic in an unfamiliar location. had not been warned that I would receive them. Information from text message/call should have been given me before I left rental location.

Jose J.At first when I arrived they said they were out of pads and I had ordered a half dozen. But as I went to go hook up to the trailer a gentleman walked out with a bag of pads. To my surprise when we open the doors at the loading location there was a pile of pads in the trailer and we used those so I did not need to use the ones I ordered. I was told I would be reimbursed since I did not use them. Otherwise everything went very well and the equipment was in good condition

Meosha B.If the equipment requested was at the location, it would really help. I was disappointed they did not have our 26' truck available and could only offer a 20' truck which was not adequate for our needs.
Ingrid F.When I reserved a cargo van from UHaul, I also requested a furniture dolly and hand truck to be included in the rental. When I arrived at the rental location at 1290 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30044, a UHaul employee told me that the hand truck wasn't available. Because I have to make plans in advance, it would be helpful to be notified ahead of time if an item isn't available so I can make arrangements to locate a hand truck from somewhere else. Additionally, the UHaul employee did not load the furniture dolly that I requested in the van and I didn't notice that it was missing until I had already left the Uhaul rental location.

I made a reservation online 2 weeks in advance and I didn't get none of what was promised. I was told my storage wasn't 1st floor access, it wasn't climate controlled, I did not earn the 1st month free, I did not get a lock free. Whoever you had working Sunday 1/23 were not knowledgeable of the info being promised online. They were all very unprofessional and condescending. If I wasn't moving my moms things and needed the storage right then I would have left. I'm very very very disappointed and unsatisfied. There is a lot more that I could say but I'm exhausted

Every three or four months I received a late payment notices. The first time, I called the facility to correct it. Then I would go to the facility to impress upon them the need to correct the problems causing me to receive the notices. I continued to receive late payment notices after I was told it wouldn't happen again. The straw that broke the camel's back was a "Pre-Lien Notice". I moved out and will never do business at this facility again!

I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.

She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn't help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.

But, I was told I didn't need to sign anything. I didn't have to take pictures, & I would be emailed my move out letter. I don't recall seeing that email, but was billed twice. I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months. One would think I would be treated a little better than what I was. I will never as long as I live ever use Uhaul again.

I begin to dispute the charges, no one could help me. I came back the next day with my husband and we were told they had to cut the lock because we did lock the storage door right, and it was open so they charged us to cut the lock. A complete lie because my husband and I checked the door before we left. The conclusion came to, we can take off the price for the lock but still have to charge an additional $50 for cutting the lock. Um, we bought the lock from them so they didn't do anything in our favor. And, no one did not put in notes that we cancelled our storage so I received an email stating I would be charged $15 late fee when we had already moved out of their storage two weeks prior to me getting the email. They are unprofessional. Don't rent from them!
