This is not about this particular location however, I originally booked my rental truck from Your Extra Attic because it was 2 blocks away from my destination. I come to find out, 4 hours ahead of my pickup, that Uhaul changes my pickup location, 30 minutes away from my booking location. BAD form!!! I book this location because I am time crunched for the pickup (in between theatre performances) and then during the show, I get the email. Really not happy!!TRACI D.

It was very difficult to change the drop-off location. You can't do it on the web site and there is no one to answer the phone. I tried to call to report that I wanted to change the drop off location, the wait time was 1 hour so I used the callback feature. A answered the callback and was 1st in line. It immediately then took me back to the callback feature and I provided the information a second time.. I never received that callback. When I followed up the next time, there was no record of receiving my trailer.THOMAS W.

I had to wait 3 hours for the install. It would have been nice to have a better waiting area while I waited and not just a plastic chair in the main store. I was trying to work from here so it was difficult with people coming in and out doing their UHaul business.Cherrie B.

First the smell of marijuana when I sat in truck. The low tire alert was on, and lastly I rent a storage unit which was a frustrating experience. I went to pack some items in storage & there was a padlock already on unit. I went to counter & customer service behaved as if he didn't know what was going on. In was given another unit after wasting so many minutes speaking with an incompetent customer service Rep. Stated I couldn't receive compensation for inconvenience. Then called manager, she said I could only have a free month for the unit next month. I will never go that Uhaul or refer u to others.Brenda L.

Ga law 40-5-120 Is is unlawful to copy or scan a ga drivers license â€¦if denied by holder The license is property of the state of ga and I am the license holder. The biometric data contained on the coded section Should not be required to rent equipment When I questioned the guy just told conform or don't rent He also said I had to have a cell phone to rent Then talking to the other employees in Spanish and laughing Under duress I gave my biometric data to him He also would not let me return trailer to a dealer ( I selected) just miles from my destination requiring me to drive an extra 40 miles to drop offâ€¦ ( stating again if I want to rent it has to go back here) Then â€¦.I waited in the yard paper in hand while employees just walked around ignoring me I am surprised I didn't have to prove vaccinationWILLIAM B.

1. Truck had check engine light. I was told by the attendant if I'm driving local not to worry. 2. Returned the truck the next day at 16:18. Attendant told me if everything is good he will check me in. I will get a text with receipt. I asked him if he sure and he said â€œI got you.â€. 7 pm still no receipt. Started calling and was on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes trying to status. Around 20:30 customer service agent answered the phone and told me the truck had not been checked in. She noted my concerns and was told GM would call me. On Saturday morning I called and got customer service again. I was transferred back to local office and spoke to Edgar. My conversation with him indicated this is normal. Truck was checked in at 08:32 instead of 16:18 the previous day. What if something happened to the truck when showing I still had it checked out when it was at your office?Ed T.

Made comments about conditions of the truck and I was told it would be fine. Worn out tires in front and rear of the tires and tire ended up getting shredded into pieces and ended up on the side waiting for roadside for 2 hours. Took a close look and you could literally see the strings on tire ready to rip! Lucky I didn't get into major accidentJong L.

I was charged an additional $78 dollars $68 for gas (which I put back on a quarter tank). And pads and dollies that I didn't rent. I spoke to representatives there and they admitted charges were wrong for gas and pads. But no one was there to refund me. It's been 2 days later and I'm finally getting a receipt with these charges still there. I can't afford $78 extra dollars for no reason.ABU W.

The rental pick up truck I got had SO much damage on it. Looked like it was side swipped. When it asked me to approve pics the damage was not on the pics. Employee were nice cause I was concerned before leaving lot with it. They said they are aware of the damage I told them to update truck photos cause it scared me that I would have to pay for damage that they did or didn't know about. Thankfully they told me to take pics on app and on iPhone with date and time. For reassurance. Overall truck drove nicely and perfect for what I needed.ALEXANDRA L.
This people give the truck that I reserved to another person when I was waiting in the line. After this they charged me more money that they suppose to. Finally, when I called the phone attention was super poor and they hang up and let me speaking in the line. This service is the worst!!!Yasel G.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. One item that was missed during the safety check by the U-Haul rep, is that the locking pins were not in on the tailgate of the trailer. Truthfully, it was my responsibility as the driver to have also noticed this and I did not. Thankfully the gate fell down on a stretch of road with no one behind me. The tailgate also as a safety feature if it is accidentally lowered, it does not go all the way to the ground. I was able to pull over and insert the two locking pins without issue and continue on my trip.Kai G.

Make your online pickup process less complicated. I was late for my day due to the delays at the store and with using the mobile option. I'll stick with in person moving forward. Provide consistent information from all uhaul representatives (phone and store). Service your vehicles, the tire light was on when I got the van but I was already delayed and didn't want the hassle of addressing it but I was nervous the entire rental. Staff was very slow. I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.Alice C. | First Impressions
I was dissatisfied with the explanation of the card entry for every visit. The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn't help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.Aline G. | First Impressions
