I was charged but then told it didn't go through on their system so they wanted to charge me again. The money was taken from my account. When I showed the lady she then told me that I was lying. Drivers side seat belt was broken. Had to improvise to make sure I was safe during the drive. Safety issue. Truck should have never been allowed on the road. Not sure if an issue DOT should be made aware that unsafe trucks are being allowed on the road.Michael H.

Service was prompt and courteous. The guys were ready to hook up the trailer as soon as the paperwork was signed. Upon return, the trailer was unhooked and receipt emailed - all within 5 minutes. Very organized and very customer friendly.RANDAL H.
Our contract was highlighted showing a certain amount of gas in the truck but the gas gauge in the truck showed was that it was less. We took a picture of it when we inspected the truck before leaving the lot and my husband went inside and showed it to the guy who did our reservation. Instead of coming outside to see for himself, he made a comment to my husband about going on-line to submit something. WHAT!!!!!!. So, when we returned the truck, we made sure that we put back the same amount of gas as given to us (on the photo that we showed to UHAUL), before we left the lot at our pick-up. Later on when I looked at my final bill, they (UHAUL on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Norcross, GA) actually charged us NOT replacing the amount of gas that was highlighted on the contract. I would NEVER give any business MORE THAN WHAT WAS GIVEN TO ME!!! Maybe you all should tell your employees to thoroughly check the gas gauges before writing up the contracts because guesstimating and amount that you think it should be, is not right. I guess he thought that I wasn't going to submit a complaint. I'm not a regular UHAUL customer but next time, I'll have second thoughts about renting from this location. Other services we good but don't play with me when it comes to knowing what's right and wrong, especially when I can point it out to you beforehand!glenda M.
I took the 26 foot uhaul at 2:00 pm yesterday Thursday 10/22/2021 and I should return it by 7:00 pm First the van is too old and not maintained good air goes inside and need alignment you have to put two hands on the steering wheel so you can hold it straight from shaking , I went to pick up stuff for my business and I stopped by a gas station to put gas and the van don't turn on I got stuck 2 hours for nothing and the road assistance took so long so I end up bagging people to help me and thanks god I saw a guy is a mechanic that's after 2 hours waiting he fixed the uhaul and I paid him $100 in cash That's a crazy day and I end up coming back home at 1:00 Am without loading anythingRYAN Z.

The man made us pay extra for him to load the car on the transport. That is unacceptable. I had no experience of how to do that and came to uhaul so that you all could do that for me. I pay over 100 to rent a trailer and he needs 25 extra dollars to tie the car down? That makes no sense. How is that a uhaul policy? The two men that helped me were VERY nice & extremely respectful. They went above and beyond to help me with my Uhaul rental. I never got their names sadly but one guy had dreads and the other one was tall and he helped drive my Uhaul Into a parking spot so that we could return later with our additional driver, since I couldn't drive due to being pregnant.MELOSA P.

Charged me for a dolly I didn't have and hasn't been credited yet and just the people inside were very rude and not helpful. Oil light was on and I had to put a qt of oil probably would have locked engine they didn't care, $10 for oil not my car. This rating is for the original delivery. I ordered a truck to be picked up at the snellville location (2 miles from my house) However, 12 hours before, U-Haul emails me and tells me I need to go to Conyers to pick it up (the opposite direction of where I'm going - add maybe 45 mins to an already 30 min trip)â€¦ The review is long, but if U-Haul keeps attempting to screw people over like this, your business is in trouble.Cooper M.

Noel Marin, the store manager was very unprofessional. I ordered 7 U-Boxes from the Norcross location and booked some movers through U'Haul's refural program. Movers never showed! Noel have away my U-Boxes without notifying me. He claimed to have called; not true. Had to hire movers to load my stuff into their storage units, unload them and then load into my new house; cost me $4,000 extra! The storage units had holes in them! I rented 7 U-Box's and reserved a moving company through U-Haul's referral system. The movers never showed up. So, the Manger, "Noel," from the Norcross location just gave my boxes away. No call, no warning at all!! He is an uncaring awful human being. I had to hustle to find same-day movers, which I did. But sine Noel gave away my boxes, I was screwed. Sherry Cox was amazing and was able to get us a storage unit. Sherry should be the manager!! ALL STAFF WAS GREAT accept for the Manager Noel! He was terrible.joselin a. | First Impressions
The only thing that I did not like About this experience is that I called customer service about the size storage unit and he assured me all of my belongings would fit in 1 unit and they did not. I ended up having to get 2 storage units. Now I have to hire help again to get everything back out and find a new storage place that can fit everything. This location seems understaffed for the amount of business, however the staff on site are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.eric l. | First Impressions
