I could never get into my unit because of the property manager having control issues. I reside out of town and when I would come back in town to retrieve merchandise from my unit, I could not gain access because she constantly changed my access code on the gate without notice. It got pretty expensive to have to stay a extra night on three separate occasions when I was trying to gain access after store hours, and wasn't given a adequate reason why I access code was changed on so many occasions.

I ordered the equipment for Buford Hwy location and was confirmed ($50 guarantee even). Showed up and was sent 5 miles away to another location. Lost 45 minutes and missed was late for moving appointment. Terrible experience. And what about the $50 guarantee for the equipment not being at the confirmed location? No help at either location.

I was charged for the extra mileage of having to go to 3 total locations because the original scheduled drop off doesn't take Uhaul services anymore, the second location didn't have the room for my truck, and the third location the staff barely said any words to me. So I wasn't able to explain the extra mileage and ask not to get charged for it. It was extremely frustrating trying to drop the truck off and continue on with my day.

I reserved a truck closer to me at Pleasantdale and the pick up location was changed without notifying me. That wasn't great.

My original reservation was not honored because the truck I RESERVED was not at the pick up location upon my arrival. I was instructed by the gas station attendant to go to the nearest Uhaul store for assistance. I did so, and the associate there was completely rude and unapologetic. Because I was running so behind due to the inconveniences, I was forced to go to a different location. In addition to the aforementioned series of unfortunate events, I arrived to return the truck before 7pm by a hair. Although I know it can be a nuisance, it was the employees' duty to check me back in. She refused to check me in and threatened to charge me for another day after I expressed my grievance. The customer service was awful.

Do NOT hold a customer accountable for someone else's delinquent bill. Hiring someone to help and following Uhaul rules by adding them as an additional driver. I HAD TO PAY THEIR BILL OR BE BANNED FROM RENTING FROM UHAUL UNTIL THEY PAID IT!!! This rental cost me HUNDREDS of Dollars. I cannot believe the underhand tactics used to get their money. Being an honest law abiding citizen got me no where but in my wallet. Now I have to wait until next payday to get my electricity turned on. Thanks Uhaul!

Thank you so much to lady that processed my transaction!!!! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had from me being sent to a location that had no one there( literally waited hours at location and on hold, to being transferred/hung up several times , to dealing with moving help that was recommended and by far the most unprofessional company. Once I got to this location I was taken care of with the utmost customer service.

I had my original rest. For 24th of Aug. They had no truck for me but moved rest to 29th. When I arrived on 29 once again no truck. Mud said he would cover cost of truck if I could pick it up on 30th. He has not refunded my money as of yet. I had to pay extra money to move my stuff on the later date. You have a resv. Guarantee which should be honored.

You have an employee Her name is Pondra, that was forcing me to buy insurance on the storage, when I had previously talked to 2 different people that didn’t mentioned anything about an insurance, she said I had to purchase insurance since I was getting the first month “free” for he storage and then she got upset because I asked to talk to her manager Noel Marin. Also the unit I had previously “reserved” #1020 was an occupied unit and we found out until we got there. Then I had to comeback to the office to let them know. They took a long time to find out what unit was available because I told them I had seen unit 1018 empty and I wanted that one, but they said it wasn’t available (an empty unit). They didn’t give me that one. Then I finally leave the office with a different unit # and they didn’t give a new gate code, so I got lock out outside the gate because my previous gate code didn’t work anymore after they changed my storage unit and the truck was inside already the storage area.... well, I had to comeback to the office AGAIN and everybody was gone so, I had to chase them down to get them to fix my situation. So once inside your employee Pondra was very upset because it was past 7 pm and they were still dealing with “ME” but she didn’t want to help me with anything, she totally ignored my previous request for help when I was inside the office. She pretended that didn’t see me and pretended to be busy, even when I tried talking to her she will answer “hold on” and disappear and stay outside talking with people. Finally they figured out what to do with the gate code and made me choose a new code number, so this time I asked Somarion to walk with me to the gate and make sure I had it right. And while I was dealing with this whole situation Pondra was rude to my son, she asked him to move from in front of her because he (my son) wasn’t supposed to “see her counting the money”... note: he was sitting on the customer area, just waiting for me to finish and she was inside the employee side and she had the decency to ask him to move from there and she told him “he wasn’t supposed” to see her with the money YES just like that. It was a very frustrating experience that took almost 2 long hours to complete and get right. I was really upset!!! You need better and trained customer service in there!!!

I had a reservation for a truck and 3 dollies. They said it is first come first serve even if you have a reservation. I was lucky I got the last truck but only got one dolly for my move. Very unprofessional and the company should let you know that reservations don't really mean anything. That can really mess up someone's day especially when they put their whole moving day on the line. The cashier told me most of the people in line will not get a truck today even if they have a reservation. That doesn't make sense and is just a horrible policy and bad customer service.

The after hour return is very poor. I opened my acct on my cell phone that morning but when I returned after hours it was extremely difficult to get thru the on line return. The prompt kept asking me to verify my equipment and every time it sent me verification, the open return effort would dissappear. Finally I just opened a new acct. It was pouring rain and it wanted me to take 2 pictures in the storm. I took 2 of inside of cab and that satisfied the request. I.t. needs to address the after hour return website. Let me suggest they try for themselves and they will understand issues

This location seems understaffed for the amount of business, however the staff on site are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.

I spent an hour on the phone being transferred to various departments to change drop off address. Per the general manager he couldn’t assist me with the phone call after he helped he was gone for the day. During what looked like a high traffic location at 11am. He could of been more helpful in the situation but he was rude. After dealing with him he left a bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul. I will use my free month with my UHAUL rental and move straight into a Public Storage. Units are “supposedly climate controlled” and dirty.

It was the worse experience ever. Manager was not helpful at all. Took over 10 days to get refund. first truck didn't work, had to bring back and exchange. After making the people I hired wait over an hour which cost me more money. When I came again in two weeks store manager never answered any of my 6 calls Noel so I called another manager who helped me . My truck wasn't ready for my next rental and they said it would be 4 hours. Horrible time there Noel should learn how to treat customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I received additional charges. There was a water leak in my unit that damaged half of yge items in my unit. I was not compensated for my losses. I could never reach anyone at the location by phone. Overall horrible experience! Will never store with uhaul again!

Tamara Fox and her coworkers were so kind and went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was damaged caused by the Uhaul pick-up location in Grapevine Tx. Grapevine location did not place the tire rubber stoppers on the auto transport (services I paid them for) and the bottom of my vehicle was cracked and dragging on the ground preventing me from driving. The Norcross location, was very nice and helpful. I can appreciate customer service experiences like this. I am grateful to them.
